PTF-Cavite at Bacoor City's Peace and Security Recommitment Rites

BACOOR CITY, CAVITE – COL ROBERTO Q. BEATISULA JR INF (GSC) PA, Commander of Provincial Task Force–Cavite, 4th Regional Community Defense Group, Reserve Command, Philippine Army, was represented by 2LT PHOEBE GRACE D. MALANTA (INF) PA, Civil Military Operations (CMO) Officer, during the Pledge of Recommitment to Stable Internal Peace and Security (SIPS) held on 1 June 2026 at the Strike Gymnasium, Bacoor City Government Center.

Hosted by the City Government of Bacoor as part of its regular flag ceremony, the activity was led by City Mayor Hon. Strike B. Revilla. It gathered local officials, partner agencies, and representatives from various security sectors to renew their shared commitment to sustaining peace and order, strengthening community resilience, and ensuring public safety across the city.

In his remarks, Mayor Revilla emphasized that the gathering reinforces strong collaboration between the local government and security forces, noting that collective effort and unity are essential to achieving lasting peace and inclusive development.

Colonel Beatisula, through his representative, expressed full support to the city’s peace and security initiatives, affirming the continued partnership of PTF-Cavite with the City Government of Bacoor in maintaining stability, protecting communities, and advancing the welfare of all residents.

COL BEATISULA Joins Maragondon’s Renewal of Commitment for Stable Internal Peace and Security.

*MARAGONDON, CAVITE* – COL ROBERTO Q BEATISULA JR (INF) (GSC) PA, Commander of Provincial Task Force–Cavite, attended the Ceremonial Signing and Renewal of Commitment for the Declaration of Stable Internal Peace and Security on 01 June 2026 at the Maragondon Plaza Covered Court.

The activity was led by Municipal Mayor Lawrence N. Arca and was attended by local government officials, heads of partner agencies, and community leaders. Together, they reaffirmed their collective pledge to sustain peace, order, and safety throughout the municipality.

In his message, Mayor Arca emphasized: _“Peace is not the absence of conflict, but the presence of cooperation. The AFP, PNP, BJMP, BFP, and other members of MPOC, MTF-ELCAC, and MADAC, together with our local government and communities, will continue to work hand in hand to keep Maragondon safe, secure, and progressive.”_

COL Beatisula expressed the Armed Forces of the Philippines’ full support to Maragondon’s peace and security initiatives, underscoring that strong collaboration between security forces and the community is key to lasting stability.

The renewal of commitment underscores Maragondon’s continued status as a SIPS-declared area and highlights the shared responsibility of government, security forces, and citizens in maintaining a peaceful and resilient community.

Western Colleges ROTC Graduates & New School-Based Ready Reserve Unit Activated.

*NAIC, CAVITE* – On 31 May 2026, Western Colleges Incorporated ROTC Unit held its Joint Closing Ceremony for Basic and Advance ROTC Cadets, and officially activated its School-Based Ready Reserve Unit at Brgy. Latoria, Naic, Cavite.

Guest of Honor COL ROBERTO Q BEATISULA JR INF (GSC) PA, Commander of PTF-Cavite, congratulated all graduates and new reservists. He reminded them that ROTC builds discipline, character, and leaders ready to serve in disasters, emergencies, and national needs.

He also stressed RA 11053 Anti-Hazing Act & RA 9163 NSTP Law: No hazing, no abuse, no unauthorized collections. ROTC is about integrity, teamwork, and selfless service.

*PTF-Cavite and 402RRIBn Take Part in Brigada Eskwela 2026 at Carmona National High School*

*CARMONA, CAVITE* – Personnel from the Provincial Task Force–Cavite and the Bravo Company, 402nd Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion participated in Brigada Eskwela 2026 at Carmona National High School, Brgy. 8, City of Carmona, Cavite on 30 May 2026.

The activity was led by 2LT Phoebe Grace D. Malanta (INF) PA, CMO Officer of PTF-Cavite, together with Bravo Company under 2LT Mary Jane P. Schroeder PA (RES), Bravo Company Commander, and 2LT John Michael E. Tamio PA (RES), 3rd Rifle Platoon Leader.

With the theme *“Bayanihan sa Paaralan: United for Order and Knowledge”*, the reservists helped clean, repair, and beautify classrooms and school facilities in preparation for the opening of classes.

_“Serving the community is part of our sworn duty. Through our simple help in today’s Brigada Eskwela, we showed our teachers and students that the AFP stands with them in preparing for a safer and more orderly opening of classes,”_ 2LT Malanta said.

The initiative underscored the spirit of “bayanihan” between the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the community. It highlighted the reservists’ role as force multipliers—not only in national defense, but also in civic action and community development.

Bravo Company affirmed that it will continue to support government and local programs aimed at improving education and the welfare of Filipino youth.

*IMUS, CAVITE* – Kinatawan ni COL ROBERTO Q BEATISULA JR INF (GSC) PA, Commander ng Provincial Task Force–Cavite at si LTC MELCHOR P FERNANDO GSC PA (RES), 402nd RRIBn, Battalion Commander, ang Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) sa pagdiriwang ng National Flag Day at opisyal na pagsisimula ng ika-128 Anibersaryo ng Araw ng Kalayaan.

Ginanap ito noong 28 Mayo 2026, alas-8:00 ng umaga sa National Shrine of the Flag—kilala bilang “Flag Capital” ng bansa. Nakasentro ang pagdiriwang sa temang *“Kalayaan. Kinabukasan. Kasaysayan.”*, bilang paggunita sa bayaning nakaraan, pagpapahalaga sa kalayaan, at pagkakaisa tungo sa kaunlaran.

Muling pinagtibay ni COL BEATISULA ang panata ng AFP na ipagtanggol ang soberanya ng bansa at pangalagaan ang kalayaang nakamit sa sakripisyo ng mga bayani. Dumalo rin sa pagtitipon ang mga lokal na opisyal, pwersang panseguridad, at mga residente upang magbigay-pugay sa watawat ng Pilipinas at sa mga halagang kinakatawan nito.

The BCMT is a 45-day training designed to equip the applicants with the essential skills, discipline, and knowledge required to effectively fulfill their roles as members of the Reserve Force.

- Physically and mentally fit for training
- At least High School Graduate
- Non-ROTC Graduate
- 18 years old but not more than 45 years old as they will compose the 1st Category Reserve

*SSCR-DE CAVITE CONDUCTS ROTC GRADUATION CEREMONY*

*CAVITE CITY* – The San Sebastian College-Recoletos de Cavite conducted its Reserve Officers’ Training Corps Graduation Ceremony on 23 May 2026 at SSCR-De Cavite, Cavite City.

The event was graced by LTC JERSON N. NAPAT, Guest of Honor and Speaker. Upon arrival, LTC NAPAT was accorded foyer honors by LT JONALD JUSTINE ITUGOT, followed by a courtesy call with the school administration.

Present during the ceremony were graduating Basic ROTC cadets, Advance ROTC cadets, and COQC trainees, together with their parents and guardians. Members of the Cavite Provincial Task Force, led by MAJ CAPA, along with LT MALANTA and other officers and enlisted personnel, also attended.

In his address, LTC NAPAT underscored the role of ROTC graduates in nation-building and national security. He emphasized that ROTC training instills discipline, patriotism, leadership, and responsiveness, which are essential for responsible citizenship and service during peace, crisis, or emergency situations.

The ceremony concluded successfully, marking the completion of ROTC training requirements and the commencement of the graduates’ responsibilities as partners in national development.

*Magallanes Renews Peace Commitment; COL BEATISULA Attends*

*MAGALLANES, CAVITE-On 25 May 2026, the Municipality of Magallanes held its Stable Internal Peace and Security (SIPS) Anniversary Ceremonial Signing and Renewal of Commitment at the Municipal Covered Court, Poblacion.

Led by Mayor Hon. Janessa Ann Maligaya de Ramayo, the event reaffirmed the town’s pledge to sustain peace, order, and security.

COL ROBERTO Q BEATISULA JR INF (GSC) PA, Commander of Provincial Task Force–Cavite, attended as Special Guest and was joined by distinguished guests, including BGEN ERNEST JOHN C. JADLOC PA, Brigade Commander, 202nd Infantry Brigade, 2ID, PA, represented by COL ALEXANDER M. ARBOLADO INF (GSC) PA, Commander, Task Force-Ugnay, 2ID, PA.

Mayor Maligaya-De Ramayo credited strong partnerships for the town’s stability. Col. Beatisula reaffirmed the security sector’s full support, noting that peace is a shared duty and key to community progress.
