The Barangay Councils from various barangays of the Municipality of Tarangnan joined in the observance of the International AIDS Memorial Day on May 21, 2026, through a solemn candlelighting ceremony. Participants formed a red ribbon-inspired display, symbolizing unity, remembrance, and solidarity with those affected by HIV/AIDS.
