In accordance with Malacañang Memorandum Circular No. 129, classes in all levels in public and private schools in Tarlac are suspended on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, due to the expected continued heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).

To all CSHI’ans and Camileños, please stay safe, stay dry, and avoid flooded areas whenever possible. 🌧️💛

Please be informed that classes at Camiling School for Home Industries (CSHI) are suspended on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, as Tarlac is included among the provinces covered by the implementation of alternative learning modes due to the continuous heavy rainfall associated with the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).

All CSHI’ans are advised to prioritize their safety and continue to monitor official announcements for further updates.

The Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) of Camiling conducted a youth symposium today, August 13, 2026, at the CSHI JHS Covered Court, tackling important issues concerning the rights, protection, and responsibilities of the youth.

The symposium featured discussions on Rights and Protection of Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL), Cyberbullying Awareness and Digital Literacy, and Voter Education, providing participants with essential knowledge to make informed, responsible, and meaningful decisions.

Through the initiative of the MSWDO Camiling, the youth were encouraged to become more aware of their rights and responsibilities and take an active role in building a safer and stronger community.
