Aquino Bridge has collapsed after sustaining severe structural damage caused by continuous heavy rainfall and the strong current of the Tarlac River.

🚨PUBLIC ADVISORY
• The bridge is completely impassable to all vehicles and pedestrians.
• Use alternate routes and avoid the area.
• Expect heavy traffic at Agana Bridge and allow extra travel time.

LOW PRESSURE TO NO WATER

Ipinapaalam po namin sa aming mga customer na ang kasalukuyang nararanasang mahinang pressure at pagkawala ng suplay ng tubig, simula ngayong Agosto 29, 2026, hanggang sa susunod na abiso, ay dulot ng technical incident sa 8-inch waterline na nagsusuplay sa San Isidro Reservoir, kasunod ng naiulat na pagbagsak ng isang bahagi/span ng Aquino Bridge.

Ang aming Technical Team ay kasalukuyang nagsasagawa ng assessment sa pinsala sa waterline at nagpapatupad ng pansamantalang hakbang upang mairuta ang available na suplay ng tubig mula sa ibang service lines patungo sa San Isidro Reservoir.

WATER SERVICE INTERRUPTION NOTICE:

🔧 REHABILITATION OF SAN MANUEL 2 WELL

Please be advised that there will be a temporary interruption of water service from September 1–3, 2026, starting at 8:00 AM, due to the scheduled rehabilitation of the San Manuel 2 Well.

⚠️ EXPECTED WATER CONDITION DURING THE ACTIVITY

Affected areas may experience LOW WATER PRESSURE TO NO WATER during the rehabilitation activities.

💧 WHY ARE WE REHABILITATING THE WELL?

The rehabilitation is necessary to restore and improve the well’s performance, efficiency, and water production.

The rehabilitation activities will include:

🔹 BRUSHING – cleaning the well screen and casing to remove accumulated deposits and materials that may restrict water flow.

🔹 BAILING – removing accumulated sediments, sand, and other materials inside the well.

🔹 WELL REDEVELOPMENT – improving the flow of water into the well and restoring its efficiency and capacity.

🔹 CAMERA LOGGING – conducting an inspection using a downhole camera to assess the condition of the well and determine the necessary interventions.

These works are important to help maintain a reliable water supply and improve the overall performance of the San Manuel 2 Well.
