Concurrently, in Lapaz, Tarlac, Dr. Elizabeth A. Amurao and Prof. Maria Teresa C. Agustin led the session "Consultancy on Business Aspects of Comillas FFS Agriculture Cooperative," aiming to strengthen the cooperative's efficiency and sustainability through expert guidance on strategic planning and operational best practices. Lastly, on the same day, Dr. Limuel P. Pavico, Ms. Arlene R. Gabriel, and Ms. Sheila Jane L. Gonzales took charge of the "Consultancy on Business Aspects of Cabayaoasan Farmers Agriculture Cooperative," delivering tailored technical consultancy to meet the unique needs of DTI-assisted ARBOs. Participants gained practical insights covering business planning, financial management, marketing strategies, and innovation, empowering them to navigate challenges and seize opportunities in their respective markets.
On January 26, 2024, a distinguished panel of experts, including Mr. Ferdinand Y. Silaran, Ms. Mary Diane Tejano, Mr. Jefferson D. Ruz, Mr. John Edwards S. Estayo, Dr. Criselda Tonelada, Ms. Emmery Balbas, Mr. Von Rex Reyes, Dr. Henry D. Rufino, and Dr. Derick S. Figueroa, continued their significant role in advancing the agricultural sector. They extended their expertise to the second day of business consultancy, providing tailored guidance and strategic insights to three additional DTI-assisted Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Organizations (ARBOs). These organizations, namely the Pindangan 2nd Primary Multi-Purpose Cooperative, Bacabac Farmers Producers Cooperative, and Sembrano Climate Resilient Farmers Agriculture Cooperative, received specialized support to navigate the intricate market landscape with a focus on sustainability and resilience. These sessions aimed to empower the ARBOs with the necessary tools and strategies to excel in their respective fields, thereby contributing to the overall progress of the agricultural community.
