The Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office of Tarlac (DAR Tarlac) Internal Quality Auditors (IQA) successfully completed the Training Course in Conducting Effective Internal Audit of Quality Management System, facilitated by the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) under the Government Quality Management Program (GQMP).
The training equipped DAR Tarlac's IQAs with essential knowledge and practical skills to conduct effective, systematic, and evidence-based internal audits of the Quality Management System.
Through the training, participants were capacitated to:

Design and plan a complete internal audit program;

Manage meetings and gather evidence to evaluate conformity and identify potential risks;

Analyze and classify evidence into audit findings consistent with professional standards; and
โ
Execute end-to-end internal audits, including the validation of the effectiveness of corrective actions.
Beyond completing a training course, the activity represents another step toward strengthening DAR Tarlac's commitment to continuous improvement, organizational excellence, and quality public service.
With better-equipped Internal Quality Auditors, DAR Tarlac continues to build a culture where quality is not merely a requirement, it is a shared commitment.
