โœ… Willing to be assigned to different project sites (Baguio, Tarlac, and future locations)
โœ… 2-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, or admin support role
โœ… Comfortable transacting with government agencies
โœ… Prep materials for meetings, site visits, and management reviews
โœ… Highly organized, discreet, and able to anticipate what leadership needs before they ask

๐Ÿ“ 02 โ€” Draftsman
Turn our engineers' and architects' plans into precise, buildable drawings.
โœ… Graduate of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting Technology, or related course
โœ… 1-2 years of drafting experience (residential/subdivision projects a plus)
โœ… Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D)
โœ… Willing to be assigned to different project sites
โœ… Sharp attention to detail

We don't need someone to just manage a sales team. We need someone who can grow one โ€” and grow our numbers with it.
We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive property sales, and take ownership of our revenue targets. This is a leadership role โ€” you'll build strategy, manage people, and close the gap between "leads generated" and "units sold."
**What you'll do:**
- Lead and manage the real estate sales team toward clear sales targets
- Build sales strategies based on inventory, pricing, and market conditions
- Own the sales pipeline from lead to reservation, documentation, and closing
- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate sales personnel
- Manage relationships with brokers, agents, and property partners
- Develop new sales channels and business opportunities
- Analyze sales reports, conversion rates, and inventory movement
- Coordinate with Marketing so campaigns generate leads that actually convert
**Required:**
โœ… Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Management, or related field
โœ… At least 5 years in real estate sales, property sales, or business development
โœ… At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial sales role
โœ… Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
โœ… Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
**A plus, not required:**
โž• Experience in residential subdivision or housing projects
โž• Existing network of licensed brokers and salespersons
โž• Experience with sales pipelines and CRM systems
โž• Real Estate Broker/Salesperson license or accreditation
