𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗼 𝗔 𝗔𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗼, 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗲𝗹, 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗮𝗰 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 - The Support Command, Philippine Army (SPTCOM, PA), through the Office of the Command Sergeant Major, successfully conducted the Junior Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) Forum via a hybrid setup (Face-to-Face and Video Teleconferencing) at the SPTCOM NCO Clubhouse on September 1, 2026.

In his opening remarks, Command Sergeant Major, 𝘾𝙈𝙎 𝙊𝙧𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙤 𝘿 𝙋𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙖𝙤 (𝙊𝙎) 𝙋𝘼 highlighted the crucial role of Junior NCOs as the backbone of the force, commending their unwavering dedication and invaluable service to the organization.

The forum reinforced the importance of discipline and morale and welfare among Junior NCOs by tackling key aspects of force readiness, including: Military Courtesy & Discipline, Discipline, Law, and Order (DLO), Mental Health & Well-being and Awards, Promotions, and Re-enlistment.

Through sustained leadership development, SPTCOM remains committed to building a resolute, highly disciplined, and mission-ready NCO Corps.

𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗣 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗢 𝗔 𝗔𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗡𝗢, 𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗟𝗔𝗖 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬 – The team SUPPORT COMMAND (SPTCOM), PHILIPPINE ARMY, witnessed a momentous transition during the Change of Office Ceremony of the Office AC of S for Financial Management, OG10 on 17 August 2026 at SPTCOM NCO Clubhouse.

The solemn ceremony, was presided over by 𝘾𝙊𝙇 𝙅𝙊𝙎𝙀𝙋𝙃 𝙁 𝙈𝘼𝙉𝘼𝙉𝙂𝘼𝙉 𝙈𝙉𝙎𝘼 (𝙊𝙎) 𝙋𝘼, Chief of Staff, SPTCOM, PA. He formally recognized the distinguished service and exemplary leadership of the outgoing Acting AC of S for Financial Management, OG10, 𝙈𝘼𝙅 𝘾𝙃𝙄𝙉𝘼 𝘾𝙀𝙇𝙄𝙉𝘼 𝙋 𝘾𝘼𝙎𝙏𝙍𝙊 (𝙁𝙎) 𝙋𝘼, who was awarded Military Merit Medal (MMM) and Command Plaque in recognition of her exceptionally meritorious dedication and invaluable service through her tenure.

𝘾𝙊𝙇 𝙈𝘼𝙉𝘼𝙉𝙂𝘼𝙉 also officially welcomed 𝙇𝙏𝘾 𝙁𝙀𝙍𝙉𝘼𝙉𝘿𝙊 𝘼 𝙂𝙐𝙄𝙏𝙀𝙍𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝙂𝙎𝘾 (𝙊𝙎) 𝙋𝘼 as the incoming AC of S for Financial Management, OG10. He expressed full confidence in his leadership to steadfastly steer the office toward even greater heights in fulfilling its vital financial management mission.

In his message, 𝘾𝙊𝙇 𝙈𝘼𝙉𝘼𝙉𝙂𝘼𝙉 commended the outgoing acting OG10 for upholding the highest standards of financial integrity and operational efficiency. He also likewise conveyed unwavering confidence in𝙇𝙏𝘾 𝙂𝙐𝙄𝙏𝙀𝙍𝙄𝙉𝙂 able leadership to propel OG10 towards greater organizational efficiency and service support excellence.

Camp Servillano A Aquino, San Miguel, Tarlac City - The Commander of Support Command (SPTCOM) Philippine Army, 𝘽𝙂𝙀𝙉 𝙋𝙍𝙐𝘿𝙀𝙉𝘾𝙄𝙊 𝘼 𝙄𝘿𝘿𝙊𝘽𝘼 𝙋𝘼 warmly and graciously welcomed 𝘽𝙂𝙀𝙉 𝙃𝙐𝘽𝙀𝙍𝙏 𝙎 𝘼𝘾𝙄𝙀𝙍𝙏𝙊 𝙋𝘼, Commander, Artillery Regiment, Philippine Army and his party during the visit to the Headquarters Support Command Philippine Army.

The meaningful engagement provided a vital platform for both leaders to discuss strategic support requirements and the seamless integration of logistical capabilities, ensuring our maneuver and combat units are ready and well-served. Their dialogue reaffirms the vital link between steadfast logistical excellence and operational victory upholding the proud legacy of the artillery as the revered 𝙍𝙚𝙭 𝘽𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙞 “King of Battle”.

Together we march forward toward a stronger, more capable and world class Philippine Army dedicated to serving our people and securing our land.
