The Municipality of San Clemente, through the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), is now accepting applications for the Unlad Kabataan Program (UKP) Scholarship for School Year 2026–2027.

πŸ“… Application Date: July 13, 2026 (MONDAY)
πŸ“ Venue: MSWDO San Clemente Office

The scholarship is open to:
πŸŽ“ Incoming College Freshmen
πŸŽ“ Currently Enrolled College Students

πŸ“ School Requirement:
Applicants must be enrolled or intending to enroll only in schools, colleges, or universities located within the Province of Tarlac.

Students enrolled in educational institutions outside Tarlac are not eligible for the scholarship.

Applicants who are current SPES beneficiaries or recipients of any other scholarship grant are not qualified to apply.
