The Tarlac Provincial Cooperative Enterprise and Development Office (PCEDO) successfully conducted the Strategic Planning Seminar for the Kalangitan Aetas Indigenous People Water Service Cooperative located in Sitio Kalangitan, Cut-cut II, Capas, Tarlac, headed by its Chairperson, Mr. Anthony B. Victoria.

The cooperative requested the conduct of the seminar to formulate strategic plans and strengthen the organization toward a better future for its members and the community. The activity focused on setting organizational goals, identifying priorities, and developing sustainable programs that will contribute to the long-term growth and development of the cooperative.

This initiative reflects the commitment of the cooperative and PCEDO in empowering indigenous communities through effective leadership, proper planning, and cooperative development.

The Tarlac Provincial Cooperative Enterprise and Development Office (PCEDO) successfully conducted the Fundamentals of Cooperative Seminar for the officers and members of the Entrepreneurial Dynamic Leaders Agriculture Cooperative, a two-year-old small-category cooperative located at EDL Farm, Dolores, Capas, Tarlac.

The cooperative is headed by its Chairperson, Mr. Eulalio D. Lorenzo. The seminar was also graced by Tarlac PCEDO Head, Ms. Marvi T. Dela Cruz, who shared valuable insights on the importance of cooperatives in promoting sustainable livelihood, unity, and community development.

This activity aimed to strengthen the members’ understanding of cooperative principles, governance, and management toward building a more resilient and progressive cooperative sector in the province.

The Tarlac Provincial Cooperative and Enterprise Development Office (PCEDO) successfully conducted a Seminar on Governance and Management of Cooperatives for the officers and members of Barya-Barya Laundry Service Cooperative in Cristo Rey, Capas, Tarlac.

Requested by newly elected Chairperson Pedro Gutierrez, the seminar aimed to equip the cooperative's new set of officers with essential knowledge on governance and management. The activity was conducted with support from the Municipal Cooperative Development Office (MCDO) of Capas, Tarlac.
