ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON AUGUST 17

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 127, government offices are directed to shift to appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces starting 12:00 noon on August 17, 2026:

📍 National Capital Region (NCR)
📍 Zambales
📍 Bataan
📍 Bulacan
📍 Pampanga
📍 Tarlac
📍 Nueva Ecija
📍 Cavite
📍 Batangas
📍 Rizal
📍 Laguna
📍 Quezon
📍 Occidental Mindoro

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

FOR THE INFORMATION AND GUIDANCE OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC || Please be advised that the City Government of Tayabas will observe office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on 17, 18, and 20 August 2026, in accordance with the Civil Service Commission's workweek policy whenever a holiday falls within the week.

19 August 2026 is Manuel L. Quezon Day, a Special Non-Working Day in Quezon Province pursuant to Republic Act No. 6741, while 21 August 2026 is Ninoy Aquino Day, a Special Non-Working Day pursuant to Proclamation No. 1006.

Clients are encouraged to take note of the schedule and plan their transactions accordingly.

Ngayong darating na Trece de Agosto, ipagdiriwang natin ang ika- 128 anibersaryo ng Araw ng Tayabas ang Araw ng Kalayaan ng Lalawigan ng Quezon.

Kaya upang mas higit pa nating maintindihan ang kwento ng ating kalayaan, inihahandog ng Quezon Provincial Tourism Office, katuwang ang Quezon Province Heritage, History, Culture and Arts Council at sa pakikipagtulungan sa Tayabas City Tourism Office ang isang Onsite Symposium kasama ang ating mga natatanging lokal na historyador at tagapagsalita.

Libre at bukas para sa lahat ang aktibidad na ito.

ALTERNATIBONG DAAN SA HUWEBES, AGOSTO 13, ARAW NG TAYABAS:

SIMULA ALAS-6:00 NG UMAGA, ANG MGA SASAKYANG PATUNGONG BRGY. MATEUNA, TAYABAS OPD CLINIC AT BARANGAY LAKAWAN na karaniwang dumaraan sa kahabaan ng Doroteo Nadres Street ay pinapayuhang pansamantalang baybayin ang sumusunod na alternatibong ruta:
➡️ Dumaan sa Capistrano Subdivision sa kanang bahagi
➡️ Kumanan patungong Tayabas East Central School
➡️ Kumaliwa pababa sa pagitan ng Sumilang at Mariposa Subdivision
➡️ Kumaliwa muli pataas sa may Himpilan ng Bantay Bayan ng Mateuna, malapit sa basketball court, kung saan matatagpuan ang assembly area ng parada
➡️ Kumanan hanggang sa dead end
➡️ Kumaliwa patungo sa SB Gasoline Station
➡️ Magpatuloy hanggang makalabas muli sa D. Nadres St., patungong Mateuna Barangay Hall, Tayabas OPD Clinic o Barangay Lakawan.

PAALALA SA MGA MOTORISTA:
Inaasahan ang inyong pakikipagtulungan at pang-unawa upang maging maayos at ligtas ang daloy ng trapiko sa nasabing lugar.

Makikipagtulungan ang mga Bantay Bayan ng Brgy. Mateuna, mga naka-augment na miyembro ng 15th Special Forces Company-Philippine Army, at iba pang katuwang ng barangay upang magbigay ng traffic assistance at mapanatili ang maayos na daloy ng mga sasakyan.
