The activity aimed to promote a healthy lifestyle, improve physical fitness, reduce stress, and strengthen teamwork among personnel.

Through regular exercise and wellness initiatives, the station continues to encourage its personnel to maintain optimum health and readiness in delivering efficient public service and emergency response.

The refresher course was facilitated by ๐…๐Ž๐Ÿ ๐‰๐จ๐ก๐ง ๐‰๐จ๐ฌ๐š๐Ÿ๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐ ๐€๐ง, who served as the resource speaker on the Ten (10) Phases of Fire Operation and Fire Truck Operation. The lecture provided a comprehensive review of standard operational procedures, tactical responsibilities, and the systematic ex*****on of firefighting operations, from dispatch to post-fire activities.

The activity further reinforced the proper operation and safe handling of fire apparatus, with emphasis on equipment readiness, crew coordination, pump and water supply management, emergency vehicle safety, and strict adherence to established Bureau of Fire Protection operational protocols and procedures.

This initiative aims to strengthen the operational competence, discipline, teamwork, and preparedness of Taysan Fire Station personnel, thereby ensuring the delivery of efficient, safe, responsive, and professional fire and emergency services in the protection of lives and property.

This activity aimed to equip employees with essential fire safety knowledge and proper emergency response skills. To enhance engagement and participation, interactive activities such as drills, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises were incorporated, enabling participants to effectively apply life-saving techniques in real workplace scenarios.

Through this initiative, we continue to strengthen awareness, preparedness, and teamwork among personnel, fostering a safer and more fire-resilient workplace and community.

The activity was actively participated in by the teachers and Barangay Tanods, highlighting the importance of preparedness, proper coordination, and immediate response during emergency situations.

Through this drill, participants were given an opportunity to enhance their awareness and readiness in protecting learners, school personnel, and the community in the event of an active attack incident.
