Today, March 29, 2026, history was rewritten at Rosario Ocampo Elementary School. With pens in hand and hope in their hearts, the residents of the Taytay Youth Care and Intervention Center and the Taytay Women and Children’s Center successfully completed the Department of Education’s Alternative Learning System (ALS) Accreditation and Equivalency (A&E) Test.
These learners, residents in our care, have proven that a difficult past does not dictate a limited future. By taking this step, they are bridging the gap between where they’ve been and where they want to go—turning "second chances" into "first-class opportunities."This isn't just a test of academic knowledge; it’s a testament to their character.
MSWDO Taytay, Rizal remains steadfast in its mandate to provide not just shelter, but a pathway to productivity. We believe that through education, our residents can transform into successful, law-abiding, and inspired members of our community.
To our learner : Your Smile Taytay family is incredibly proud of you! Keep reaching for your dreams. The road to success is now wide open.✨
