𝐀𝐍𝐔𝐍𝐒𝐘𝐎: Magpapatupad po ng 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤-𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦-𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 bukas ang ilang Registries of Deeds (RDs), alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 129 na inilabas ng Tanggapan ng Pangulo ngayong araw kaugnay sa patuloy na malakas na pag-ulan bunsod ng Southwest Monsoon o Habagat.

Samantala, 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐨 ang operasyon ng LRA Central Office, Registry of Deeds ng Quezon City, at mga Registries of Deeds sa Quezon at Aurora Province bukas, 19 Agosto 2026, bilang paggunita sa “Quezon Day” na isang special non-working public holiday batay sa Republic Act No. 6741, s. 1989.

Para naman po sa iskedyul ng operasyon ng iba pang RDs na hindi sakop ng work-from-home arrangement o suspensyon, maaari po ninyong tingnan ang kanilang service hours sa link na ito ng aming website:

In compliance with Memorandum Circular No. 128, issued by the Office of the President, please be advised that the Registry of Deeds - Tayug, Pangasinan will transition to an alternative work arrangements tomorrow, August 18, 2026 (Tuesday)

Please be advised that all physical walk-in services, on-site document tracking, and the releasing of other pertaining documents and titles at our office are temporarily suspended for the day.

Rest assured that all pre-scheduled face-to-face appointments and manual document presentations set for this date will be automatically accommodated as priority transactions as regular office operations resume. As we transition to these remote operations, let us remain cautious and prioritize safety at all times.

Upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), and in view of the forecasted continuous heavy rainfall associated with Tropical Storm Maymay and the enhanced Southwest Monsoon, work in government offices and classes at all levels in the National Capital Region and the provinces of Abra, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Benguet, Pangasinan, and Zambales are hereby suspended today, 05 August 2026, effective at 3:00 p.m.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and/or the performance of other vital services are directed to continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work in private companies and offices is left to the discretion of their respective heads.

𝐀𝐍𝐔𝐍𝐒𝐘𝐎: Alinsunod sa Proklamasyon Blg. 1006, s. 2025, na nagdeklara sa Abril 9, 2026 bilang regular holiday kaugnay ng paggunita ng "Araw ng Kagitingan", ang Land Registration Authority (LRA) Central Office at lahat ng Registries of Deeds ay magpapatupad ng compressed workweek arrangement ngayong linggo, Abril 4–10, 2026.

Paalala lamang po na maaaring mag-iba ang iskedyul ng operasyon ng isang Registry of Deeds batay sa anunsyo ng lokal na pamahalaan kung saan matatagpuan ang kanilang tanggapan. Para sa gabay ukol sa iskedyul ng operasyon ng mga Registries of Deeds, maaari po ninyong i-click ang link na ito ng aming website:

Para naman po sa pagbayad ng inyong mga transaksyon, ang cash payments po ay tatanggapin hanggang alas-singko ng hapon upang masiguro ang maayos at tamang pagbalanse ng arawang koleksyon. Kung sakaling kayo po ay maabutan ng cutoff, maaari pa rin po kayong magbayad sa pamamagitan ng cashless payment.

NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

Alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 116 na inilabas ng Tanggapan ng Pangulo, ipatutupad bukas, Abril 1, 2026 (Miyerkules), ang work-from-home arrangement mula 8:00 AM hanggang 12:00 NN para sa mga kawani ng Land Registration Authority (LRA) Central Office at mga Registries of Deeds sa buong bansa. Pagsapit ng 12:00 NN ay suspendido na po ang pasok sa mga opisina ng LRA.

Gayunpaman, magkakaroon din po ng skeleton workforce arrangement para sa mga frontline services upang matiyak ang tuluy-tuloy na paghahatid ng serbisyo sa publiko.

Sarado naman po ang mga opisina ng LRA sa Abril 2–3, 2026 bilang paggunita sa Huwebes Santo at Biyernes Santo.

PUBLIC ADVISORY
The Registry of Deeds Tayug is implementing a four-day work week with revised hours from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Thursday. This change is in compliance with Memorandum Circular No. 114, issued by the Office of the President, which mandates strict energy conservation protocols for government agencies. This setup remains in effect until lifted or revoked by the President.
