HABAGAT SEASON DECLARED

Opisyal nang Nagsimula ang Habagat sa Pilipinas

Inanunsyo ng DOST-PAGASA nitong Mayo 30, 2026 ang pagsisimula ng Southwest Monsoon o Habagat sa bansa, na isa sa mga pangunahing palatandaan ng nalalapit na pagsisimula ng tag-ulan. Habang nagiging pangunahing weather system ang Habagat, inaasahan ang pag-ulan at ang thunderstorms, lalo na sa mga kanlurang bahagi ng bansa, kaya hinihikayat ang publiko na manatiling updated sa mga opisyal na abiso sa panahon at magsagawa ng mga kinakailangang pag-iingat.

RDRRMC CALABARZON EOC UPDATE

Thunderstorm Advisory No. 10
Issued at: 12:52 AM, 30 May 2026(Saturday)

Moderate to heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over (San Antonio, Tiaong), Metro Manila(Muntinlupa, Las Pinas) and (Carmona, Gen. Mariano Alvarez, Silang, Dasmarinas, Bacoor, Imus, Tagaytay, Amadeo, General Trias, Trece Martires, Indang, Mendez) within the next 2 hours.
The above conditions are being experienced in (Cardona, Binangonan), (Lipa, San Jose) and (Binan, San Pedro, Santa Rosa) which may persist within 2 hours and may affect nearby areas.
All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides.
