Inanunsyo ng Philippine Postal Corporation ang renewal ng contract of employment ng mga Contract of Service (COS) workers. Kinumpirma din ng PHLPost na puwede na magtrabaho ang mga COS workers ng apat na araw kada linggo ngayong Enero.

Tagumpay ito ng mga miyembro ng PEUP na ikinampanya ang pagdagdag ng isang araw sa work week ng mga COS. Ito ay matapos mapuwersa ang mga post office na limitahan ang working days na puwede i-render kada linggo dahil sa COVID-19 pandemic.

The Philippine Postal Corporation has announced the renewal of the contract of employment of Contract of Service (COS) employees. PHLPost also confirmed that COS workers are now allowed to render a four-day work week schedule for this month.

This was the result of PEUP members' campaign to add one more day to COS workers' weekly schedule after the COVID-19 pandemic forced post offices to shorten the work week.
