Spearheaded by Atty. Myra Gene G. Gautier, LPT, JD, Municipal Budget Officer (MBO), the office earned this honor after successfully completing Phases I & II validations, showcasing exemplary service, responsible fiscal management, and consistent performance.
These recognitions reflect the united efforts of our local leaders, dedicated offices and employees (especially the Mun. Administrator and the members of the Local Finance Committee), and community partners in promoting transparency, accountability, and excellence in public service.
Under the leadership of Mayor Virgilio T. Teruel, LGU Tigbauan continues to rise as a model of good governance in Iloilo and Western Visayas.
