Partido State University-College of Environmental Science and Design( Tinambac Campus)) regularly conducts its Monday Flag-Raising Ceremony in compliance with the provisions of the Philippine Flag and Heraldic Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8491) and the guidelines prescribed under Civil Service Commission (CSC) Memorandum Circular No. 19, s. 2012 on the observance of flag ceremonies. This weekly activity reflects the University's steadfast commitment to promoting patriotism, unity, discipline, and civic responsibility among its officials, employees, students, and other stakeholders.

A ceremonial observance of honoring the Philippine flag and singing the national anthem, the flag-raising ceremony serves as an important platform for reaffirming the University's collective commitment to public service, integrity, accountability, and excellence in fulfilling its mandate. It also provides an opportunity to strengthen institutional solidarity, communicate key announcements, and inspire the University community to uphold the values of responsible citizenship and ethical governance.

Personnel from Tinambac Campus have received a Certificate of Appreciation for their exceptional representation of the 𝗕𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗔𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗡 𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗜𝗥𝗘. This recognition is in accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 16, s. 2024, which outlines the Revised Dress Code for Government Officials and Employees.

This initiative encourages a vibrant celebration of ASEAN-inspired traditional attire on the first Monday of every month. The creativity and cultural pride exhibited by our awardees demonstrate their commitment to fostering a shared ASEAN identity and solidarity.
The certificates were awarded on August 3, 2026, by our College Dean, Ms. Yolda T. Abante along with Ms. Mary Jean C. Almarvez, Administrative Officer IV-HRMO II, during the On-the-Spot Awarding Ceremony. This event took place immediately after the flag-raising ceremony at the PSU Tinambac.

𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗥 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲-𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗰𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲.

Through the Philippine Civil Service Modernization Project, the Civil Service Commission (CSC) is further elevating government human resource management (HRM) by reviewing, assessing, and enhancing existing systems and practices.

This initiative aims to strengthen meritocracy, implement competency-based and data-driven HRM, and accelerate digital transformation across the bureaucracy.

To facilitate these modernization efforts, all PRIME-HRM activities including accreditations, validations, assessments, reassessments, maturity determinations, and recognitions are temporarily deferred until further notice.
