𝐋𝐆𝐔 𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐎𝐂 𝐖𝐄𝐋𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐄𝐒 𝐍𝐄𝐖 𝐏𝐍𝐏 𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐄𝐑𝐒

The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Tinoc welcomes Police Lieutenant (PLT) Moreno U Cumahling, Deputy Chief of Police on September 14, 2026, and PLT Aspher L Fianya-ao, Platoon Leader of the IPMFC 4th Maneuver Platoon on September 21, 2026 at the Municipal Gymnasium during the flag raising ceremony.

The LGU of Tinoc recognizes the important role of the Philippine National Police (PNP) in maintaining peace and order and ensuring the safety and security of the community.

The LGU looks forward to continued coordination and cooperation with the police force in addressing the needs of the municipality and promoting a safe, peaceful, and secure community.

The LGU of Tinoc extends its support and best wishes to PLT Cumahling and PLT Fianya-ao as they assume their respective duties and responsibilities in service to the people of Tinoc.

𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐈𝐓𝐓𝐀𝐍 | The Local Government Unit of Tinoc conducted its Hapittan Meeting on September 21, 2026, at the Municipal Gymnasium.

The meeting was attended by Municipal Officials, department and unit heads, municipal employees, and representatives from partner agencies.

The discussions focused on the concerns regarding the canal in front of the stores of Ms. Junia Dugyon and Mr. Eddie Tindaan, the lot of the Tinoc Municipal Police Station, and other matters requiring appropriate action.

The meeting strengthened coordination among municipal offices and partner agencies in addressing community concerns.

The Municipality of Tinoc officially declares every Saturday as Market Day through Municipal Ordinance No. 2023-35.

The municipal government launched the implementation of the ordinance today, September 19, 2026, at the Municipal Gymnasium.

The ordinance aims to strengthen the local economy, support small businesses, and create more livelihood opportunities for the community.

The implementation of Municipal Ordinance No. 2023-35 marks an important step toward encouraging the community to support local products and making every Saturday a vibrant market day for the people of Tinoc.

The launching ceremony was attended by municipal and barangay officials, employees, market vendors, business sector representatives, partner agencies, and other stakeholders who gathered in support of the ordinance’s implementation.

During the program, the provisions of the ordinance and the Market Display Policies and Guidelines were presented, followed by messages from local officials, a ribbon-cutting ceremony, and a Market Appreciation Tour showcasing locally made products from Tinoc.

The Municipality of Tinoc is pleased to announce the official launching of Market Day on September 19, 2026, at the Tinoc Municipal Gymnasium.

Pursuant to Municipal Ordinance No. 2023-35, the Market Day aims to provide a regular venue for local farmers, producers, vendors, and small business owners to display and sell their products. It also aims to support local businesses, promote entrepreneurship, and strengthen the local economy.

The Market Day will feature farm products, local goods, handicrafts, and other products made and offered by local entrepreneurs, showcasing the agricultural and cultural products of Tinoc.

Everyone is invited to join and support our local farmers, vendors, and entrepreneurs. Let us work together in promoting local products and building a stronger local economy.

𝗜𝗡𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡, 𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 (𝗜𝗘𝗖) 𝗦𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗔𝗗𝗢𝗟𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦

The Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) conducted an Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) activity focused on the Prevention of Adolescent Pregnancy and other Risky Behaviors on September 17, 2026, at the Municipal Gymnasium, Tinoc, Ifugao.

The activity was made possible through the financial support of the Provincial Population Office and was attended by Grade 11 and 12 students of Tinoc National High School.

The session featured PSMS Mores I. Belingan, who discussed Substance Use Prevention; Ms. Catherine A. Kidkid, Midwife II, who discussed Understanding Non-Communicable Diseases; and Ms. Nesta Dulawan, Midwife II, who presented topics on Immunization in Adolescence.

The Local Government Unit of Tinoc encourages the students to apply the knowledge and lessons gained from the activity by making responsible choices, maintaining healthy lifestyles, and becoming responsible individuals who can contribute positively to their families and community.

𝗢𝗔𝗧𝗛-𝗧𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗖𝗘𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗬 | The newly promoted Midwife II, Ms. Daisy Pacsilo Dulnuan, took her oath on September 16, 2026, at the Mayor's Office led by Hon. Samson C. Benito, Municipal Mayor.

Ms. Dulnuan served the Municipality of Tinoc as a Job Order employee from 2007 to 2016, worked under the Department of Health (DOH) from 2017 to 2019, and became a permanent Midwife I in September 2019.

After years of dedicated service, she earned her promotion to Midwife II, a milestone that reflects her commitment to providing quality healthcare services to the people of Tinoc.

Congratulations, Ms. Dulnuan. May you continue to serve the people of Tinoc with compassion, dedication, and excellence in your profession.
