The Department of Agrarian Reform Municipal Office of Titay, with the assistance of 𝐀𝐑𝐏𝐎 𝐈 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐚 𝐃. 𝐀𝐥𝐛𝐢𝐚𝐝, in close coordination with technical personnel from DARPO Zamboanga Sibugay, successfully conducted a 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝟒 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐲 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐒𝐏𝐋𝐈𝐓 𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐧, 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐲.

The field activity was spearheaded by DARMO Titay, assisted by technical representatives 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐡 𝐃𝐮𝐪𝐮𝐞, 𝐃𝐞𝐥 𝐁𝐢𝐨𝐜𝐨, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐉𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧 from DARPO during their field deployment together with the 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐬 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐥 𝐁. 𝐌𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐣𝐨𝐧, 𝐂𝐏𝐀.

The key objective is to perform ground validation, survey inspection, and technical checks on target landholdings to accelerate individual parcelization and secure the land tenure rights of our Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs).

The Department of Agrarian Reform Municipal Office of Titay conducted a 𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 concerning the agrarian conflict involving the 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐜 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢-𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 (𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐁𝐄𝐌𝐂𝐎) in Barangay Palomoc, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay.

The activity was headed by 𝐎𝐈𝐂 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐏𝐎 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐁. 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐨, with the assistance of 𝐀𝐑𝐏𝐓 𝐀𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐞 𝐒. 𝐀𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐬, 𝐃𝐀𝐑 𝐋𝐆𝐔 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐲 𝐀𝐬𝐨𝐲 and 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐫. 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞 𝐁. 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐦 from DAR Provincial office.

The FGD and validation provided an avenue for concerned Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries, actual tillers, and other stakeholders to openly share their experiences, concerns, and perspectives, while validating relevant information regarding the PARBEMCO landholding.

Through dialogue and on-site validation, the DAR team gathered pertinent information and identified key concerns on land occupancy, beneficiary claims, and other issues affecting the parties involved. The activity forms part of DARMO Titay’s continuing efforts to facilitate 𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐥, 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐫, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

The meeting served as a platform for stakeholders to discuss matters concerning the development and strengthening of cooperatives in the municipality, as well as to foster inter-agency collaboration, coordination, and support for cooperative initiatives.

DARMO Titay continues to support collaborative efforts that promote the empowerment, sustainability, and development of cooperatives and their members, particularly in advancing opportunities and services for the agricultural sector and rural communities.

The Department of Agrarian Reform Municipal Office of Titay conducted a field investigation in connection with a Land Transfer Clearance Application to verify the actual status and circumstances of the subject landholding at Barangay Malagandis, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay.

The field investigation was facilitated by 𝐃𝐀𝐑𝐌𝐎 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟 𝐒𝐀𝐑𝐏𝐓 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐘. 𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐨, 𝐀𝐑𝐏𝐎 𝐈 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐚 𝐃. 𝐀𝐥𝐛𝐢𝐚𝐝, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐀𝐑 𝐋𝐆𝐔 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐥 𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐲 𝐀𝐬𝐨𝐲.
