Please be advised that the availment of the 20% discount on advance payment of Real Property Tax (RPT) shall be accepted only until December 26, 2025, only.

Taxpayers are encouraged to settle their advance payments on or before the said date to avail of the prescribed discount.

Further, please be informed that this office shall be closed starting December 27, 2025, and shall resume regular operations on January 5, 2026.

Alinsunod sa Section 30 ng 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐜𝐭 (𝐑.𝐀.) 𝐍𝐨. 𝟏𝟐𝟎𝟎𝟏 o ang 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐋 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐓𝐘 𝐕𝐀𝐋𝐔𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐑𝐄𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌 𝐀𝐂𝐓 (𝐑𝐏𝐕𝐀𝐑𝐀) na nagsasaad ng "𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐚𝐱 𝐀𝐦𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐓𝐚𝐱𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲";

Ipinapabatid ng Ingat Yaman ng Pamahalaan ng Munisipyo ng Tiwi sa lahat ng may ari ng mga delingkwenteng ari-ariang di natitinag, na mayroong amnestiya o palugit sa multa at interes ng buwis o amilyar.

Ipinapaalala din ng tanggapang ito na ang mga hindi saklaw ng amnestiya ay ang mga sumusunod:

1. Mga ari-ariang naipagbili na sa Public Auction;
2. Mga ari-ariang binabayaran sa pamamagitan ng Compromise Agreement; at
3. Mga ari-ariang nasa ilalim ng nakabinbing kaso.

Ang amnestiya ay mag tatagal hanggang sa susunod na dalawang (2) taon lamang.

Samantalahin po ninyo ang magandang pagkakataong ito na mabayaran ang inyong buwis na walang multa sa nasabing panahon.

Kung mayroon po kayong katanungan at nais magbayad ng buwis, maaari po kayong magsadya sa aming tanggapan dito sa G/F Municipal Bldg., Municipal Treasurer's Office - Tigbi (Pob.) Tiwi, Albay.

TO ALL REAL PROPERTY TAXPAYERS:

This is a reminder that the availment of the 20% discount rate for the advance payment of Real Property Taxes for Calendar Year 2024 will be until December 29, 2023, 4:00pm only.

A 10% discount rate shall be given for prompt payment of Real Property Taxes for Calendar Year 2024 if the tax due/s is/are from January to March 2024.

Please note that such discount shall only be granted to Real Property Units without delinquency/ies.

A penalty rate of 2% per month shall be imposed to all delinquent and current real property units after the lapse of the prescribed period for advance and prompt payment of Real Property Tax.
