Please be advised that the availment of Real Property Tax Amnesty for delinquent real property owners shall be until July 3, 2026 only.
All taxpayers with outstanding real property tax obligations are strongly encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to settle their accounts and avail of the benefits provided under the amnesty program of Republic Act 12001 (RPVARA) before the deadline.
Furthermore, taxpayers may avail of a 20% discount on the Real Property Tax due for Calendar Year 2027 by making an advance payment on or before December 29, 2026.
