During the National Executive Board Meeting held on March 27, 2026, the Boy Scouts of the Philippines announced the results of the Special Elections and the Boardโ€™s reorganization.

The following were elected as Regular Members of the National Executive Board to complete the unexpired terms of the former Senior Vice President, former International Commissioner, and former National President:

- Jimmy A. Ang, to serve the remaining two (2) year unexpired term
- Mark Roy L. Boado, to serve the remaining two (2) year unexpired term
- Abundio P. Saavedra Jr., to serve the remaining one (1) year unexpired term

As part of the reorganization, the following were elected to key leadership roles within the Board:

- Allan L. Relion, Senior Vice President
- Mark Roy L. Boado, International Commissioner
- Emmanuel Antonio M. Umali, Vice President for Luzon
- John Christian U. Young, Vice President for Mindanao

As the sun rose on Day 3, the Regional Scout Youth Forum transitioned from the halls of deliberation to the historic streets of Iloilo City. The delegates began their immersive cultural tour at the grand Jaro Plaza and the iconic Jaro Cathedral. This first stop allowed every scout to connect deeply with the spiritual and architectural soul of the City of Love.

The journey continued with a delicious visit to the Original Biscocho House to experience Iloiloโ€™s famous culinary heritage. Next, the scouts explored the National Museum of the Philippines, where the regionโ€™s storied past was brought to life through its preserved artifacts. The day concluded at the elegant Molo Mansion, reminding the young leaders that understanding our roots is the first step toward building a sustainable future.

The second day of the Regional Scout Youth Forum (RSYF) stood as a testament to the power of youth leadership, blending rigorous policy-making with the timeless traditions of scouting.

The morning and afternoon were defined by the 3rd and 4th Plenary Sessions. Here, delegates from across Western Visayas Region exchanged thoughts and ideas. Through high-level scrutiny and the formal adoption of community-based resolutions, these young leaders laid the groundwork for a term defined by active participation and sustainable impact.

As the sun set over the horizon, the atmosphere underwent a profound transformation, shifting from the rigorous demands of the legislative floor to the legendary traditions of the scouting movement. The Forum Socials and Campfire served as the eveningโ€™s solemn anchor; more than a mere gathering, it was a quiet crucible where delegates reflected on their personal calling under the flickering glow of the flames. In that stillness, they found the inspiration to strive toward being the best versions of themselves as leaders.

Empowered by this period of deep reflection, the assembly transitioned directly into the Election of Regional Scout Representatives, where the collective vision of the delegates was finally entrusted to the newly chosen voices of the region. This marathon of leadership reached its true crescendo with the Closing Ceremony, a formal conclusion that solidified the day's achievements.
