Mandrie Ticao Malabor Hon. Mandrie Ticao Malabor, popularly known as "Toto Mandrie" is currently serving his second term as Councilor of Iloilo City. from the slogan of Pres.

In the City Council he was the Chairperson of the Committee on Markets & Slaughterhouse (2001 - 2004 & 2016 - 2019) and Chairman of the Committee on Games, Amusement and Professional Sports (2016 - 2019). Councilor Mandrie Malabor comes from two political families of Iloilo City. His mother was the late Marietta Ticao, sister of former Iloilo City Mayor Reinario "Nering" Ticao (1962 to 1971) while

his father was former Iloilo City Mayor Mansueto "Mansing" Malabor (1991 to 2001)

Councilor Malabor finished his BS Accountancy and Bachelor of Laws in the University of San Agustin in Iloilo City. "Councilor Malabor shares the same beilef as his father that " Those who have less in life should have more in law." President Magsaysay.
