Youth Development Session on Insurgency Awareness and Recruitment was successfully conducted yesterday , May 15, 2026, at Brgy. General Luna, Toboso.

The activity centered on the important topic of insurgency awareness and recruitment prevention among the youth, promoting awareness, critical thinking, and positive involvement in building a peaceful and progressive community.

The discussion was facilitated by Cpl. Jeanel John T. Gequillo and Cpl. Archie V. Talanton from the 79th IB Masaligan, 3ID, PA, with the participation of the Commanding Officer, Alpha Company, 1st Lt. Frenz Gonzales.

The activity was organized by the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) Municipal Operations Office of Toboso, in partnership with the Barangay Council of General Luna headed by Brgy. Captain Fe C. Caballero together with the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) officials.

We extend our sincere gratitude to all partners and stakeholders for their support and cooperation in making this meaningful activity successful and beneficial for the youth.

A meaningful milestone was achieved on May 13, 2026, as the First Batch of the NOLITC Assessment was successfully conducted for 4Ps youth and mothers of Toboso at the DSWD Training Center. More than just an assessment, this activity became a symbol of hope, determination, and new beginnings for families aspiring to build a better future through employment and skills development.

Out of the 41 participants who courageously took the assessment, 28 successfully passed which is a testament to their perseverance, hard work, and willingness to rise above lifeโ€™s challenges. For those who may not have passed this time, this journey is not the end, but a reminder that every step forward is part of growth and learning.

This inspiring initiative was made possible through the dedication and guidance of NOLITC trainers Larry B. Franco and Michael Fernandez in collaboration with 4Ps Toboso MOO.

With grateful hearts, we also extend our deepest appreciation to the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO - Toboso), Peggy Anne B. Gimena, the LGU Toboso, and Mayor Richard Jaojoco for their unwavering support and commitment to empowering the community. Through collective efforts and genuine service, opportunities are being created, lives are being transformed, and dreams are slowly becoming reality.

Pareho sang kabuhi, indi pareho ang tsansa sang tanan sa kalampusan. Pero para sa iban nga talagsa lang makabaton sang oportunidad, isa ka tsansa mahimo gid nga makabag-o sang tanan.

Antes maghatag sang paghambal sang lain ukon pagpakatawa, dumduma nga pareho kita nagaestar sa isa ka kadagatan, pero lain-lain kita sang sakayan.

Ang Lifeline Extension Act of 2022 o ang Republic Act 11552 usa ka balaod nga gapalawig sa pagpatuman sa socialized pricing mehcanism alang sa mga kabus nga nagkonsumo og kuryente.

Kaniadto, 20 ka tuig lang, karon, 50 na ka tuig.

Ilalom sa balaod, target niini ang 4Ps ug mga kabus nga dili sakop sa 4Ps nga gakonsumo og kuryente nga dili molapas sa 100 kilowatt matag billing.

Aron makabenepisyo sa diskwento, kinahanglan magparehistro ang mga 4Ps ug kabus nga dili sakop sa 4Ps ngadto sa electric cooperative nga nag-supply kanila og kuryente.

Nagpasabot nga dili automatic ihatag ang diskwento ug dili tanan sakop sa 4Ps maka-diskwento.

Giklaro usab sa balaod nga dili libre ang pagkonsumo sa kuryente alang sa mga sakop sa 4Ps ug sa tanang kabus nga dili sakop sa 4Ps.

Alang sa dugang pangutana, duol sa inyong mga electric cooperative.
