CITY ANTI-DRUG ABUSE COUNCIL (CADAC) COORDINATION MEETING

In preparation for the upcoming PDEA Retention, the City Anti-Drug Abuse Council (CADAC), headed by Mr. Lars Kirby F. Beck, conducted a coordination meeting with the BADAC Focal Persons and Secretaries from the different barangays.

The meeting served as an avenue to discuss the documentary requirements, compliance guidelines, and other important matters that every barangay must accomplish to ensure readiness for the PDEA Retention. The activity also reinforced the importance of collaboration, accountability, and commitment among all stakeholders in sustaining effective anti-drug programs and initiatives in every community.

Together, let us continue working hand in hand in building stronger barangays and maintaining a safer, healthier, and drug-free city for everyone.

Drug Awareness Seminar | Empowering Lives Through Education

The City Anti-Drug Abuse Council (CADAC) Toledo City, headed by Mr Lars Kirby F Beck, successfully conducted a Drug Awareness Seminar for the Personnel and Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) at the Toledo City Jail – Male Dormitory.

The seminar was facilitated by Mr Lars Kirby F Beck, who served as the resource speaker, providing valuable insights on the dangers of illegal drugs, their effects on individuals and communities, and the importance of making informed, responsible choices. Through education and awareness, participants were encouraged to become advocates of a drug-free lifestyle and contribute to building safer and healthier communities.

CADAC extends its sincere appreciation to the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) – Toledo City Jail for their warm accommodation, active participation, and unwavering support in making this activity meaningful and successful.

Promoting a Drug-Free Workplace Through Partnership and Commitment

The City Anti-Drug Abuse Council (CADAC) Team, headed by Mr.Lars Kirby F. Beck, successfully conducted a Random Drug Testing for the personnel of the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), headed by FCINSP Paul Patrick T Laude,City Fire Marshall.

This activity reflects the strong commitment of both agencies to uphold a drug-free workplace, promote integrity and professionalism, and ensure that public servants remain fit and ready to serve the community with excellence.

CADAC extends its sincere appreciation to the BFP personnel for their full cooperation and support in making this initiative a success. Through continued collaboration, we strengthen our shared mission of building a safer, healthier, and drug-free community.
