Narito na ang mga forms para sa paghahain ng Certificate of Candidacy (COC) para sa darating na November 2, 2026 Barangay and Sangguniang Elections.

I-scan lamang ang QR code para ma-download ang COC form ng nais mong posisyon.

What are the documents that candidates for the 2026 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections need to submit?

Here are the documents that need to be prepared, brought, and submitted to the Office of the Election Officer in the barangay where you want to run during the Filing of Certificates of Candidacy (September 28 to October 5, 2026) for the November 2, 2026 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections:

1️⃣ THREE (3) COPY OF COMPLETE AND NOTARYADONG CERTIFICATE OF CANDIDACY (COC) for the position you want to run.

2️⃣ PASSPORT SIZE PHOTO attached to 3 COC (the photo must be taken within 6 months)

3️⃣ ₱30 DOCUMENTARY STAMP attached to 1 COC (write the documentary stamp number on 2 COC copies)

4️⃣ TWO (2) COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE from the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) or Local Civil Registry

5️⃣ (Optional): BIO-DATA and PROGRAM OF GOVERNMENT (up to 100 words only)

❗️The filing of COC must be done PERSONALLY by the candidate or their authorized representative who has taken an oath and is a certified authority to file.

ATTENTION!!!

COMELEC TOLOSA is in need of DESO TECHNICAL SUPPORT STAFF who will serve in the forthcoming May 12, 2025 National and Local Elections. Interested applicants please submit your application letters before November 4, 2024 at our Office located at the Office of the Election Officer, COMELEC, Tolosa, Leyte@ the Tolosa Municipal Building Annex..

We will contact you once there is already a schedule for the qualifying examinations.

DESO TECHNICAL SUPPORT STAFF
(DESO TSS)

Qualifications:
1. Have reached at least second year college level;
2. Of good moral character and irreproachable reputation;
3. Of known integrity and competence;
4. Have never been convicted of any election offense or any crime punishable by more than six (6) months of imprisonment; or have no pending information for any election offense;
5. Able to speak and write Filipino, English or the local dialect;
6. Have high stress tolerance or can work under pressure;
7. Computer literate (proficient in basic computer applications and software);
8. Should not be related within the 4th civil degree of consanguinity or affinity to any member of the Electoral Board (EB) or to any candidate to be voted for in the polling place of assignment or to said candidate's spouse;
9. Must have mobile phone with mobile numbers that must remain active until May 30, 2025.
