You are now a Child of God
John 1:12 – “But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God.”
You are now Sealed with the Holy Spirit
Ephesians 1:13 — "You were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise"
You are now Saved
Ephesians 2:8 – “For by grace you have been saved through faith.”
You are now Registered in Heaven
Luke 10:20 — " Rejoice because your names are written in heaven."
You are now a New Creation

PRO 8 STATEMENT

PRO 8 Strengthens Energy and Fuel Conservation, Monitoring, and Security Measures

As part of its commitment to responsible resource management, the Police Regional Office 8 (PRO-8) under the leadership of PBGEN JASON L CAPOY, Regional Director, has implemented strict measures to conserve energy and fuel across all administrative and operational units. Personnel are encouraged to review internal fuel consumption and adopt energy-saving practices, particularly for non-essential administrative travel, while maintaining full administrative functions and operational readiness.

In addition, PRO 8 continues to closely monitor oil prices and potential impacts on fuel availability that affect all products within the industry. Daily data collection and reporting are conducted by unit commanders to ensure compliance with pricing regulations, prevent unauthorized price increases, and deter profiteering or hoarding. Through these monitoring efforts, PRO 8 seeks to maintain transparency, support economic stability, and protect public welfare.

To complement these initiatives, the Philippine National Police and PRO 8 have heightened security measures at vital infrastructure, including depots, refineries, and major fuel distribution hubs. These actions safeguard facilities against any form of sabotage or disruption, while units remain prepared to manage civil disturbances or emergencies. Together, these combined efforts underscore PRO 8’s dedication to public safety, operational efficiency, and the responsible use of energy and fuel resources.
