Guided by Secretary Conrado M. Estrella III and Usec. Jesry T. Palmares, the Project continues to strengthen land tenure security and deliver meaningful, lasting benefits to farmers and their communities.

A Stronger Vehicle for Advancing Agrarian Reform.

The DAR Provincial Office of Cavite held the blessing of the newly acquired Toyota Tamaraw service vehicle provided under the Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) Project, further strengthening the office’s capacity to reach communities and carry out field operations in the province.

The blessing was attended by Director III / PARPO II James Arthur T. Dubongco and Chief Administrative Officer Pacita J. Llamado, who joined the DAR Cavite team in welcoming this valuable addition to the field operations.

DAR Cavite express their gratitude to DAR Secretary Conrado M. Estrella III, SPLIT Project Implementation Officer Usec. Jesry T. Palmares, and National Project Director Atty. Marjorie P. Ayson, for their continued support in strengthening Project SPLIT and the Department’s Thrust.

𝗦𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗧 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗹𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 | July 28, 2026

The Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office (DARPO) Cavite conducted its Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) Project Monthly Meeting on July 28, 2026, at the DARPO Cavite Conference Room in Trece Martires City, Cavite.

Led by Director III and Concurrent Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer II (PARPO II) James Arthur T. Dubongco, the meeting was attended by members of the Provincial Project Management Office (PPMO) Coordinators and Project SPLIT Support Staff to assess the project's implementation status and discuss key operational updates.

The activity featured updates on project accomplishments, survey returns, environmental and social safeguards (ESS), Register of Deeds transactions, budget utilization, procurement, and administrative matters. Participants also discussed implementation concerns, set targets for the succeeding month, assigned responsibilities, and identified appropriate actions to ensure the timely accomplishment of project deliverables.

The monthly meeting reinforces DARPO Cavite's commitment to effective project implementation through continuous monitoring, strategic planning, and strengthened coordination in support of securing individual land titles for agrarian reform beneficiaries.
