ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON AUGUST 20

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 131, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 20, 2026:

📍 National Capital Region (NCR)
📍 Abra
📍 Benguet
📍 Ilocos Norte
📍 Ilocos Sur
📍 La Union
📍 Pangasinan
📍 Bataan
📍 Bulacan
📍 Nueva Ecija
📍 Pampanga
📍 Tarlac
📍 Zambales
📍 Batangas
📍 Cavite
📍 Laguna
📍 Rizal
📍 Occidental Mindoro

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes and learning continuity measures at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

Contract of Service (COS) and Job Order (JO) workers placed under alternative work arrangements shall be paid their corresponding wages or salaries, subject to applicable rules and regulations.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

TINGNAN: Matagumpay na naidaos ng Office of the City Agriculturist - FITS Trece Martires ang muling paglapag ng Kadiwa ng Pangulo sa bayan ng Trece.

Ibat-ibang samahan ang naglatag ng kani-kanilang mga produkto tulad ng samahan ng Trece Martires City Farmers Association, Samahan ng Kababaihang Magsasaka, Trece Martires City Rural Improvement Club, Cooperatives at marami pang iba.

Ang Kadiwa ng Pangulo ay isang paraan upang magkaroon ng pagkakataon ang ating mga kababayan na ipakita at ibenta ang iba't ibang produkto ng mga magsasaka, mangingisda at lokal na mga negosyante tulad ng mga sari-saring gulay, prutas, isda, kakanin, tinapay at mga pang araw-araw na pangangailangan ng mga treceño sa abot kayang halaga.

Maulang gabi Treceño, Sa kabila ng masamang panahon, nais naming ipabatid na 𝐓𝐔𝐋𝐎𝐘 ang Kadiwa ng Pangulo bukas, August 18, 2026 na gaganapin sa Trece Martires City Hall Covered Court mula alas-7 ng umaga hanggang alas-3 ng hapon.

Hinihikayat ang lahat na maging maingat sa pagbiyahe at magdala ng pananggalang sa ulan. Inaasahan namin ang inyong pagdating bukas sa Kadiwa 💚

Tingnan: Nagsagawa ang mga kawani ng Office of the City Agriculturist - FITS Trece ng Crop Damage Assessment sa mga tanim na gulay at prutas sa lungsod upang matukoy ang kabuuang pinsalang dulot ng bagyong luis at maymay kasabagay ng Southwest Monsoon o hanging habagat na nakaapekto sa mga pananim ng magsasakang Treceño.

Tara! Treceños suportahan ang ating mga magsasaka at manggagawa sa muling pagbubukas ng Kadiwa ng Pangulo sa darating na August 18, 2026 na gaganapin sa Trece Martires City Hall Covered Court mula alas-7 ng umaga hanggang alas-3 ng hapon.

Iba’t ibang produkto ang mabibili sa murang halaga kagaya ng bigas, prutas, gulay, gatas, kape, kakanin, tinapay, isdang tuyo at marami pang iba.

Ang Kadiwa ng Pangulo ay hatid ng City Government of Trece Martires sa pamamagitan ng Office of the City Agriculturist katuwang ang Department of Agriculture (DA), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) at Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG).

Wag kalimutan magdala ng sariling eco bag upang makaiwas tayo sa paggamit ng plastic.
