Please be advised that the Office of the City Assessor – Trece Martires City will operate on adjusted office hours from August 17 to September 4, 2026.

However, pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 128, which suspends work in government offices on August 18, 2026, our office will adopt an appropriate Alternative Work Arrangement. Thus, the office will remain OPEN on August 18, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM to accommodate transactions and provide necessary services to the public.

Kindly review the revised schedule and holidays/no-work days outlined in the calendar below. We recommend planning your transactions accordingly.

Inaabisuhan ng Office of the City Assessor (OCA) ang lahat ng property owners, taxpayers, at iba pang stakeholders na ang Revised Proposed Schedule of Market Values (SMV) 2027 ay available na para sa public viewing.

Ang posting na ito ay bahagi ng aming commitment sa transparency, accountability, at public participation, alinsunod sa Republic Act No. 12001 (RPVARA) at sa mga guidelines ng Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF).

Inaanyayahan namin ang lahat na i-review ang proposed market values at manatiling updated sa kasalukuyang proseso ng rebisyon ng SMV.
