9th CARE CON Announcement: PRESENTER ASSIGNMENT AND ONLINE WAIVER
Good day, dear researchers.

📝 Key Information on the 9th CARE CON:
📌 Date: August 22 & 29, 2026
📌 Schedule: Saturdays, by batch
📌 Venue: Tanza Oasis Hotel and Resort, Tanza, Cavite
📌 Modality: Roundtable Discussions (RTD)

With the assistance of the officers of the Elementary and Secondary Research Committees, we request all accepted research teams to identify their designated presenter on or before August 4, 2026, at 12:00 noon.

1. For authors involved in multiple studies, the following arrangement shall apply:
✅ The lead author shall present one study.
✅A co-author shall present the second study.
✅Another co-author shall present the third study, if applicable.

This arrangement aims to distribute presentation responsibilities, prevent one person from presenting multiple studies, and provide more researchers with the opportunity to participate.

2. The Schools Division Research Committee (SDRC) reserves the right to finalize the list of presenters based on the principle stated above.

3. Failure to declare a presenter by the deadline shall be considered authorization for the SDRC to appoint the presenter for the study.

📝 PROCEDURE FOR DECLARING THE RESEARCH PRESENTER:

1. Open the List of Accepted Research Studies through this link: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/17Z4nJLsNovzXC7sXLqL-h90K1wNqgGoQYw6xidxQhb8/edit?usp=sharing

2. Locate your study and check Column F, “PRESENTER.”

3. Enter the complete name of your designated presenter by August 4, 2026, at 12:00 noon.

4. The designated presenter must accomplish the online waiver through the following link:
https://bit.ly/9CC-waiver

5. The online waiver must be submitted by August 10, 2026. Only the designated presenter is required to complete the waiver.
