The recent live episode of "𝘼𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙚𝙣 𝙏𝙖𝙮𝙤: 𝙏𝙪𝙣𝙜𝙩𝙪𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙣 𝙠𝙚𝙣𝙣𝙞 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙢𝙖𝙣 𝘿𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙚 𝙎𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙤 𝙂𝙖𝙧𝙘𝙞𝙖" on DZNL Aksyon Radyo were aired on August 14, 2026 and we were joined by the Officer-In-Charge/Supervising Transportation Regulation Officer of the Land Transportation Agoo District Office, Atty. Danika Blin B. Sanchez, and Administrative Aide IV, Mr. Michel R. Paculan.

Our special guests from the LTO Agoo District Office, joined by DZNL Aksyon Radyo’s Ador Dacanay, KM Ngayon Na!’s Congressman Kenneth Paolo Tereng, SBM Ramsey Pascual Mangaoang and SBM Gabriel A. Sotto, sat down for a discussion at the People’s Hall of the 2nd Congressional District Office on LTO concerns in the 2nd District of La Union.

The panel dove deep into the several key issues affecting road safety and public transportation in the region and the continuation of providing free Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) to different towns upon the request of their respective Local Government Units, recognizing the program’s role in supporting local constituents and tackled the possible implementation of policies governing electric bike users, in light of the growing number of e-bike riders amid the continuing rise in gasoline prices.

To close the radio program, Congressman Dante Sotelo Garcia proposed the deputization of police officers from various LGUs to be tasked with apprehending erring motorists. He expressed hope that this measure would help minimize vehicular accidents, especially those involving minors, noting the alarming rise in motorcycle-related accidents involving underage drivers. This deputization initiative would assist the Land Transportation Office in catching traffic violators and further reduce road accidents.

Congressman Dante Sotelo Garcia was recognized with multiple awards during the National Blood Donors Month and Awarding Ceremony held on August 4, 2026, at the Speaker Pro Tempore Francisco I. Ortega Convention Center in Sevilla.

The Ilocos Training and Regional Medical Center, through Medical Center Chief II Dr. Unity H.
