📣Kung adunay Philhealth, palihog ug dala kung magpakonsulta. (Mas maayo kung kini imohang Philhealth MDR)
📣Kung aduna kay balatian ug gusto magpakonsulta, mamahimo na mudoul usa sa inyong Barangay Health Station para ma coordinate sa sa inyong Brgy. Nurse/Midwife para maplastar ang referral padung sa Main Health Center (hilabi na sa mga layo sa amoa karon na brgy sama sa coastal brgys).
📣 Among gina encourage ang mga magpa check-up ma magdala ug ilahang tubig ug pagkaon aron naay ma sima2 samtang gahuwat ma check-up.

Ang evaluation team gikan sa Agusan del Norte Provincial Office gi pangunahan ni Engr. Bern Tener.

Ang Tubay Barangay Health Workers uban sa Tubay Rural Health Unit and Family Planning Center supurtado sa atong Mayor Jimmy L. Beray.

Naghatag usab ug suporta sa maong actividad ang Municipal Health Officer, Dr. JC-Marai Ian L. Obille, Sangguniang Bayan Representative, SB Rosalina Guzo ug Municipal Barangay Health Worker(BHW) Coordinator, Romelie G. Quilla, RM.
