The Registry of Barangay Inhabitants and Migrants (RBIM) enumerators and encoders training was successfully conducted in five (5) batches from March to April 2026 in the Municipality of Tubod, Lanao del Norte. The activity was attended by a total of 160 enumerators and encoders from the 24 barangays of the municipality.

1st Batch (March 17–19, 2026) – 28 participants
2nd Batch (March 23–25, 2026) – 18 participants
3rd Batch (March 25–27, 2026) – 30 participants
4th Batch (April 13–14, 2026) – 53 participants
5th Batch (April 15–16, 2026) – 31 participants
The training enhanced participants' understanding of the RBIM system and improved their skills in data collection and encoding, ensuring accurate and well-organized barangay data to support effective planning and development. The primary goal of the RBIM implementation is to assist the 24 barangays of the Municipality of Tubod in establishing their own comprehensive and updated local database, which will serve as a vital tool for evidence-based decision-making and program implementation.
The activity also emphasized the importance of data privacy. The participants were reminded to safeguard personal information, secure informed consent prior to data collection, and refrain from sharing sensitive information with unauthorized individuals. They were guided to adhere to proper data handling procedures to uphold the rights and confidentiality of individuals within their communities.
This successful activity was made possible through the collaborative efforts of the Commission on Population and Development (CPD) Region X, headed by Regional Director Niel Aldrin G. Omega, with the support of Kristin T. Karagdag and Abegial M. Nuevo; the Provincial Government of Lanao del Norte (PGLDN) under the leadership of Hon. Mohammad Khalid Q. Dimaporo; the Provincial Population Office (PPO) led by Ananette B. Daniel, the Local Government Unit of Tubod headed by Hon. Dionisio Y. Cabahug Jr.; and the Municipal Population Office (MPO) led by Vifelyn Pasagad, with Franz Marc Alipan and Kathlyn Cabahug.
The activity not only strengthened coordination among regional, provincial, and local offices but also enhanced participants' capacity to effectively implement the RBIM program in their respective barangays, ensuring readiness for data-driven planning and community development.
