πŸŒΏπŸ’πŸŒ± Successful Release of Rescued Wildlife at Mt. Torong-Torong! 🌱🐾🌿

On March 12, 2025, we celebrated another milestone in wildlife conservation as a long-tailed macaque (Macaca fascicularis) and a Philippine palm civet (Paradoxurus philippinensis) were successfully released back into their natural habitat at Mt. Torong-Torong! 🏞️

These animals were rescued, rehabilitated, and given a second chance to thrive in the wild, where they play an important role in maintaining ecological balance. This effort is in line with Republic Act No. 9147, also known as the Wildlife Resources Conservation and Protection Act, which safeguards our native species and their habitats from exploitation and illegal trade. πŸŒπŸ’š

A huge thank you to all the dedicated individuals and organizations who made this release possible! Your unwavering commitment to protecting our wildlife is truly commendable. πŸ™Œ

πŸ“’ Let’s continue advocating for wildlife conservation! Share this post to raise awareness and encourage more people to protect our natural heritage. πŸŒΏπŸ’š
