The activity was graced by Provincial Vice Governor Allan J. Lim, together with the members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, heads of offices, and personnel of the Provincial Government of Lanao del Norte, as well as representatives from the Philippine National Police (PNP) and the Department of Education (DepEd). Their presence fostered a collaborative exchange of insights and best practices, reinforcing inter-agency partnership in advancing innovative governance initiatives and enhancing the delivery of public services.
As part of their capstone outputs, the apprentices developed innovative solution packages designed to strengthen governance systems, promote inclusive development, and support the province's long-term growth agenda. These proposed interventions include:

The platform showcases their governance observations, proposed innovation packages, policy recommendations, and personal reflections, documenting their learning journey and experiences throughout their immersion in the Province of Lanao del Norte.
The Executive Briefing likewise provided a valuable platform for meaningful dialogue among DILG personnel, provincial officials, and partner agencies. Through the exchange of insights, validation of findings, and constructive feedback, the activity reinforced inter-agency collaboration and promoted evidence-based approaches to enhancing local governance and public service delivery.
The apprentices will continue their SFW journey through their respective deployments to the municipalities of Baroy, Kolambugan, Lala, and Tubod.
