Important announcement:
We would like to inform to all beneficiaries for Presidential Assistance for Farmers and Fisheries (PAFFP) that the payout has been re-scheduled.
We will update for new schedule for payout as soon as it is finalized.
✅Documents to be secured are the following:
1. Photocopy of the ID with 3 signature (Original ID ,2 copies)
***Note: Kong unsay gi photocopy nga ID mao ang physical ID e present during pay-out
*** 3 copies if naay corrections
***padalhi nalang pud og birth certificate
2. Marriage certificate if nagminyo (Original ,2 copies )
***Note: Nganong magdala ug birth certificate kay basin lain ang birth date sa system vs sa gepakita nga ID.
✅FOR PROXY
***Nagsakit
1. Medical certificate signed by Nurse or Doctor (original)
*Note: Dili pwede ang midwife mag sign
2. Picture- if bedridden/na hospital
3. Authorization letter to claim
4. Photocopy sa ID ni beneficiary and photocopy sa ID sa mag proxy(Original ID ,2 copies each)
5. If spouse ang mag claim - marriage certificate
If parents, siblings - birth certificate as proof of their relationship to the beneficiary (Original,2 copies each)
***Farmer beneficiary nga patay
1. If spouse ang mag claim - marriage certificate, ID sa beneficiary nga namatay, ID sa mag claim & death certificate (Original,2 copies each)
2. If anak - Birth certificate, ID sa mo claim, ID sa namatay, death certificate (Original,2copies each)
***Note: eligible only sa date kung kanus-a nagpasa og certification ang LGU up to present
*** Ang municipal civil registry nagpasa na sa mga rekord sugod July 2026 mao kini ang basehan alang sa mga namatay nga benepisyaryo.
***Farmer beneficiary nga naa sa layo dili pwede e claim.
***Note: ang mo claim dapat RSBSA Registered

2. Driver’s License
3. GSIS/ SSS UMID
4. Passport
5. Voter’s ID/Certificate with photo & thumbmark
6. Senior Citizen ID
7. NBI Clearance (not expired)
***Note: Sa ID dapat naka spell-out ang Middle name and naka indicate pud ang birthday sa ID
✅SLIP A for correction: si MAO/MA ang mag prepare
***Paalala :Ang matag kwalipikadong benepisyaryo makadawat og 2,325.
Ang Sakto nga Pamaagi:
Step 1: Kung adunay dili tugma sa inyong ID ug sa listahan sa payroll, adto sa correction area alang sa pag-usab sa impormasyon. Didto e usab ang inyong mga detalye ug hatagan mo og Slip A form sa RSBSA.
***Bisan pa og walay sayop ang inyong impormasyon, kinahanglan gihapon mo moadto sa correction area aron ma check ang inyong mga dokumento.Ang staff sa MAO naa silay ihatag nga gamay papel para ipakita sa verification area.

Step 3: Human ma-verify, adto na sa teller aron makuha ang inyong kwarta.
