The Municipal Budget Office successfully conducted the FY 2027 Budget Forum as part of the Municipality's budget preparation process for Fiscal Year 2027.

The one-day forum gathered department heads and key officials to discuss the Municipality's budget priorities, policy directions, income outlook, spending ceilings, budget strategies, timelines, and prescribed budget forms. It also emphasized the integration of planning, budgeting, and procurement by aligning offices' plans, programs, projects, and activities with their corresponding Project Procurement Management Plans (PPMPs).

The activity was graced by resource speakers from the Department of Budget and Management, whose expertise on budget preparation, the planning-budget linkage, and sound public financial management enhanced the participants' knowledge and understanding.

Through the forum, the Municipality reaffirmed its commitment to transparent, accountable, and results-oriented governance by strengthening the integration of planning, budgeting, and procurement in delivering quality public services to the people of Tubungan.
