Tuburan District Jail Conducts Values Restoration Program

Tuburan District Jail, under the leadership of JSINSP YANDEZ E OPOG, Acting District Jail Warden, successfully conducted a Values Restoration Program featuring JO1 Sheena Gail C Estrellado as the resource speaker. The session focused on the topic “Mental Stability,” highlighting the importance of maintaining emotional resilience, sound judgment, and a positive mindset in the workplace.

The program served as an avenue to strengthen personnel’s awareness of mental well-being and its significant role in maintaining continued professionalism, discipline, and effective work ethics. It emphasized that a stable and healthy mindset contributes to better decision-making, responsible performance, and the consistent delivery of quality service.

Strengthening the mind, reinforcing values, and upholding professionalism in the pursuit of effective and meaningful public service.

Tuburan District Jail Participates in Municipality of Tuburan Weekly Outreach Program

Tuburan District Jail actively participated in the Municipality of Tuburan Weekly Outreach Program held on 1 September 2026 at the Covered Court of Barangay Antipolo, Tuburan, Cebu.

Eight (8) personnel of the unit, headed by JO3 Edwin L Broniola, assisted in the activity by providing additional manpower for crowd control and orderly conduct of the program.

This initiative further strengthened the partnership between Tuburan District Jail and the Local Government Unit of Tuburan, while supporting the continued efforts of Mayor Christian Daniel B. Diamante in bringing medical and non-medical services closer to the constituents of Barangay Antipolo.

Tuburan District Jail expresses its appreciation to the Municipality of Tuburan and Mayor Christian Daniel B. Diamante for the opportunity to support this meaningful community outreach initiative.

RTC Branch 92 Danao City Conducts Visit to Tuburan District Jail

Tuburan District Jail warmly welcomed Hon. Dinah Jane P. Gaceta-Portugal, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 92, Danao City, together with three court clerks, on 1 September 2026

The visit provided an opportunity to personally engage with fourteen (14) PDL under the jurisdiction of RTC Branch 92 regarding their cases, jail situation, and other legal concerns. The delegation was welcomed and accommodated by JSINSP YANDEZ E OPOG, Acting District Jail Warden of Tuburan District Jail.

Tuburan District Jail sincerely appreciates Hon. Gaceta-Portugal and the RTC Branch 92 team for their time, concern, and continued commitment to ensuring that the legal needs and welfare of PDL are given proper attention.

FLAG RAISING CEREMONY | VALUES RESTORATION PROGRAM

Tuburan District Jail (TDJ) conducted its Flag Raising Ceremony on August 24, 2026, at Tuburan District Jail Grounds, spearheaded by SJO2 Crecencio Manlangit Jr., Assistant Jail Warden, together with fifteen (15) personnel and all Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL).

Following the ceremony, a Values Restoration Program was conducted, featuring JO2 Rashnie M Pilapil, Jail Nurse, as the resource speaker. He discussed the value of “Affability,” emphasizing the importance of kindness, approachability, respect, and maintaining positive relationships with others.

Thereafter, the personnel of Tuburan District Jail also attended the Flag Raising Ceremony at the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Tuburan, demonstrating their continued commitment to public service, discipline, and active participation in the community.

Together, let us uphold discipline, strengthen values, and serve with integrity.

Nakikiisa ang buong Kawanihan ng BJMP sa sambayanang Pilipino sa paggunita ng Ninoy Aquino Day. Ang araw na ito ay pagpapaalala ng tapang at paninindigan ni Senador Benigno “Ninoy” Aquino Jr. Ito ay isa sa nagbibigay inspirasyon sa ating tungkulin bilang tagapangalaga ng kalayaan, katarungan, at pagkakaisa.

Sa kanyang mensahe, binigyang-diin ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ang ating sama-samang pananagutan sa pagpapatibay ng demokrasya, at hinihikayat din tayo ng Pangulo na pahalagahan ang mga aral ng ating kasaysayan habang patuloy nating pinangangalagaan ang isang mapayapa at maunlad na Bansa.
