The Local Government Unit of Tugaya, through the Local School Board (LSB), marks the successful completion of the Grade III Baseline Reading Assessment, conducted in partnership with the Synergeia Foundation, Inc. and our dedicated education partners.
This assessment is more than just gathering data, it is an important first step toward understanding our learnersโ reading needs and developing effective, targeted, and evidence-based interventions that will help every child become a confident and proficient reader.
The Local Government Unit of Tugaya, under the leadership of our beloved Municipal Mayor, Hon. Alber Norol Balindong
and Vice Mayor, Hon. Alfattah Abdul Jabbar Pacalna, extends its heartfelt appreciation to the Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Anna Zenaida Unte , the Synergeia Foundation team, Sir Amaluden Aguam, our District Supervisors, Maโam Raihana Batalo Saidali and Maโam Norainie Ragondongan, to the Municipal Adopt Supervisor, Maโam Waisah Sumander Arsad, LSB Focal Raihana B. Abdul Rahman, the LGU working team, all School principals and teachers who contributed to the successful conduct of this important activity.
This milestone reflects what can be achieved when our local government, education sector, and community partners work together toward a common goal. Through collaboration, we can better identify the learning needs of our children and provide programs and interventions that respond to those needs.
The LGU Tugaya remains committed to supporting initiatives that strengthen literacy, quality education, and the overall development of our learners.
Together, let us continue working toward a Tugaya where every child can read, comprehend, learn, and succeed.
