As children spend more time online, the risks of Online Sexual Abuse or Exploitation of Children (OSAEC) and Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation Materials (CSAEM) continue to evolve. Protecting children in the digital space requires awareness, stronger laws, and collective action.
Sa episode na ito ng Makabata Teleradyo, pag-uusapan natin ang kasalukuyang sitwasyon ng OSAEC at CSAEM sa bansa, ang mga hamong kinakaharap sa pagprotekta sa mga bata online, at ang pending bill na naglalayong amyendahan ang Republic Act No. 11930 upang higit pang mapalakas ang child protection sa digital environment. 💙

Every child deserves to feel safe, heard, and protected. But for many children experiencing abuse, silence can become one of the biggest barriers to getting help.

Sa episode na ito ng Makabata Teleradyo, pag-uusapan natin ang Child Sexual Abuse Prevention (CSAP)—kung paano makikilala ang mga posibleng senyales ng pang-aabuso, bakit mahalagang hikayatin ang mga bata na magsalita, at paano makatutulong ang mga magulang, g**o, at komunidad sa pagbuo ng ligtas na kapaligiran para sa bawat bata. 💙

Makakasama natin sina Pastor Joseph Peter McGourn, CEO and Founder ng My Children's House of Hope (BahayBata127) Inc., at Ms. Isay Dizon, Marketing Director, upang talakayin ang "Huwag Magsikreto / No Secrets," isang child sexual abuse prevention initiative na nagbibigay-kapangyarihan sa mga bata at pamilya sa pamamagitan ng kaalaman at maagang pag-iwas.

Makikilala rin natin ang My Children's House of Hope Bahay Bata 127, Inc., isang non-profit organization na nagsusulong ng empowerment ng Filipino Deaf youth sa pamamagitan ng edukasyon, Filipino Sign Language, at holistic support. 🤝
