Pason is currently on its second day of the in-house workshop for the final stage of the submission of the proposed 2027 Schedule of Market Values (SMV). The workshop is being held at Villa Blanca Hotel in Tuguegarao City.

The Provincial Assessor’s Office will conduct the Second Public Consultation on the proposed 2027 Schedule of Market Values (SMV) on May 21, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM via Zoom.
The proposed Schedule of Market Values for 2027 will be simultaneously presented through Zoom and Facebook Live. Due to the limited number of participants that can be accommodated in Zoom, the public is encouraged to participate and attend through the Facebook Live stream.

𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: The Provincial Assessor’s Office headed by Engr. Alice Emma A, Pason and her staff attended and participated in several activities and trainings from April 27 – 30, 2026. They attended the CAREA monthly meeting last April 29, 2026 held at Villa Blanca Hotel and facilitated the 1st Quarterly Meeting of the City and Municipal Assessors of Cagayan last April 28, 2027. In line with capacity development, the staff also took part in a three-day Power BI training conducted at Gview, Tuguegarao City from April 28-30, 2026, and attended a special meeting of PEACE held last April 27, 2026 at 3rd floor of the CPLRC Building. Additionally, the office joined via Zoom the orientation on the Sagip Saka Act intended for implementing offices, organized by DILG Region 2. The team likewise participated in the Provincial Administrator regarding the Provincial Development and Physical Framework Plan (PDPFP ) orientation, where Engr. Pason delivered a message on behalf of the Provincial Administrator regarding the Provincial Development and Physical Framework Plan (2010–2040).

𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐎𝐆𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍: The Provincial Assessor’s Office during the 1st Quarterly City/Municipal Assessors of Cagayan meeting, awarded Certificates of Recognition to the Municipal Assessors’ Offices in Cagayan that successfully complied with the submission, database transmission, and database activation requirements on or before December 31, 2025.

TINGNAN| Pinangunahan ng Provincial Assesor’s Office ang first quarterly meeting ng municipal-city assessors sa buong lalawigan ng Cagayan ngayong Martes, Abril 28, 2026 sa Villablanca Hotel, Tuguegarao City.

Ang pagpupulong ay isinagawa upang talakayin ang mga direktiba at aktibidad ng iba’t ibang municipal at city assessors sa Cagayan.

Tinalakay rin sa pagpupulong ang naging resulta ng isinagawang pagdinig at konsultasyon sa iminungkahing Schedule of Market Values (SMV) alinsunod itinakda ng Republic Act 12001 o Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA) 2027.

Ang first quarterly meeting ay pinangunahan ni Provincial Assessor Alice Emma Pason, kasama ang mga Municipal at City Assessor ng lalawigan, at mga kawani ng Provincial Assessors Office.

Kasama sa nasabing pagpupulong ay sina PENR Officer, Dionicio C. Deundo and CENR Officer Marina D. Galzote upang talakayin ang at bigyang linaw ang patungkol sa issuance ng Tax Declaration ng Real Property na kabilang sa Public Domain o classified bilang isang Forest Land, at ang pag-issue ng patent ng DENR sa mga hindi pa tituladong mga lupain.

𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | Engr. Gary Jhun Ordillo, accompanied by PAC member representative Engr. Pablo Dayag, conducted land appraisal on April 16, 2026, on a lot located in the Municipality of Baggao, Cagayan, particularly in Barangay San Vicente which the barangay intends to acquire for future use.
