Agriculture Dialogue and Information Network Group or ADING - Region II Monitors the programs of Department of Agriculture, and ensures that these programs reach their beneficiaries. Prevents and controls graft practices.

Exchange dialogues with local farmers and fishermen, and listen to their issues and concerns. Agriculture Dialogue and Information Network Groups (ADING) Program

The program shall focus on establishing integrity circles the local, provincial, regional, and national levels. The "integrity circle” is composed of members from different sectors - farmers, fisherfolks, religious, academe, cooperatives, CSOs, youth. The group shall be called the "Regional ADING Integrity Circle (IC)."
