March 27, 2026 – The Regional Conciliation and Mediation Branch No. II (RCMB II), through the conduct of the Area Wide Seminar (AWS) held at Casa Angela, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, was joined by the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (CEZA) – Labor and Visa Services Division together with several CEZA locators namely KUI Business Services (KUI 1), KUI 2, KUI 3, Alpha Fortune Management Solutions Inc., North Cagayan Gaming and Amusement Company, and Cyber Analyst Technologies Solutions Inc.

Following the activity, CEZA and its participating locators expressed appreciation for the enhancement programs and services presented by the Branch. Consequently, CEZA requested the conduct of a Plant Level Orientation Seminar (PLOS) to further orient its locators on the mandates and major programs of the National Conciliation and Mediation Board (NCMB).

The National Conciliation and Mediation Board Regional Conciliation and Mediation Branch II NCMB – RCMB II successfully conducted a Plant-Level Orientation Seminar on the Labor-Management Cooperation (LMC) Program for the supervisors of ISELCO I WISE (Supervisory Union) on April 15, 2026, at the cooperative’s premises located along the National Highway, Victoria, Alicia, Isabela.

In line with the instruction of Supervising Labor and Employment Officer (LEO) Olisen Dizon to identify companies and cooperatives within and near Cauayan City for possible orientation and partnership activities, Senior LEO Kelvin Mark Evangelista initiated coordination with the Isabela Seed Growers Multi-Purpose Cooperative (ISGMPC), a cooperative engaged in seed growing and agricultural services located in Isabela Province.
