๐Ÿ“Œ The Order applies only to government offices within the Regional Government Center due to the implementation of a one-way traffic flow scheme in the area.

The certificates, applause, and sacks of rice marked a milestone for 345 families in Cabagan, Isabela. But behind the ceremony was a more significant transition: the moment when families who once relied on the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) begin to stand on their own.

Among them was Charlene Gazzingan Frogoso, a magna cm laude graduate whose familyโ€™s 4Ps journey began only in 2023.

A total of 239,197 farmers and fisherfolk in Cagayan Valley have received P556.13 million in cash assistance under the Presidential Assistance for Farmers and Fisherfolk Program (PAFFP).

The program provides immediate financial support to small farmers and fisherfolk to help cushion the impact of high fuel prices, production costs, and other expenses related to their livelihood.

The Office of the Chairperson, Supreme Court Associate Justice Samuel H. Gaerlan, advises the public that intermittent road closures and traffic management measures will be implemented around the 15 Local Testing Centers nationwide, in connection with the Bar Examinations on September 6, 9, and 13, 2026.

Motorists and commuters are urged to plan ahead, take alternative routes where possible, and follow the instructions of traffic enforcers stationed in the areas.

Some streets along the Regional Government Center and near the CSUโ€“Carig Campus, one of the designated testing centers in Tuguegarao City, are subject to one-way traffic schemes to facilitate smoother traffic flow and ensure ease and convenience for Bar examinees, their families, and members of the Bar operations team.

Ten students from Tuguegarao City received P20,000 each in educational assistance through the Bawat Barangay Makikinabang (BBM) program of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., providing much-needed financial support as they pursue their studies.
