📚 GSIS TUGUEGARAO CONDUCTS NEW EMPLOYEES ORIENTATION FOR CVMC

The GSIS Tuguegarao Branch, led by Ms. Elenita T. Bagasao and Mr. Fiorenzo B. Romero, conducted a New Employees Orientation (NEO) for the newly hired employees of Cagayan Valley Medical Center (CVMC) on August 5, 2026, through a virtual meeting via Google Meet.

The orientation provided the newly hired employees with essential information about their GSIS membership and the benefits and services available to them as government employees. Topics discussed included GSIS benefits, premium contributions, loan programs, insurance coverage, and the GSIS Touch mobile application.

Through this initiative, GSIS Tuguegarao aims to equip newly hired government employees with the knowledge they need to better understand and maximize their GSIS membership, benefits, and services from the beginning of their government career.

🤝 GSIS TUGUEGARAO STRENGTHENS AGENCY COORDINATION WITH CVMC

The GSIS Tuguegarao Branch, led by Branch Manager Jemima Cher E. Verceles, conducted a productive meet-and-greet with Cagayan Valley Medical Center (CVMC) Chief of Hospital Dr. Cherry Lou Antonio, reinforcing the commitment to stronger agency coordination and improved service delivery.

The engagement provided an opportunity to discuss important GSIS programs, services, and agency concerns, including updates on the Ginhawa Bike and E-Mobility Loan (GBEL), Ginhawa Solar Energy Loan (GSEL), and GSIS Touch enrollment.

Discussions also covered the reconciliation of accounts, unpaid premium receivables, updating of members’ records, and other matters essential to maintaining accurate records and ensuring the timely delivery of GSIS services to CVMC employees.

The importance of maximizing the use of the Electronic Billing and Collection System (eBCS) was likewise highlighted to facilitate updating of discrepancies and close coordination between GSIS and the agency.

Through continued dialogue and collaboration, GSIS Tuguegarao remains committed to strengthening partnerships with government agencies and bringing responsive, accessible, and quality service closer to every government employee. 💙

The first batch of graduates under the GSIS-TESDA Skills Partnership Program has recently completed the Bread and Pastry Production course in Davao.​

​Comprising 19 dependents of GSIS members and pensioners, the graduates gained industry-relevant skills to improve their employment and livelihood opportunities.​

Sa kabuuan, mahigit ₱18 bilyon na ang na-refund sa Balik Ginhawa Program. ​

• Loan amount: ₱1,000 hanggang ₱50,000​
• Mababang interest na 6%​
• Mabilis at maginhawa na pag-apply via GSIS Touch App​
• May loan redemption insurance para sa naiwang pamilya​

We conducted Service Desks at the Municipal Government of Baggao on July 21, 2026, and the Municipal Government of Camalaniugan on July 23, 2026, bringing essential GSIS services closer to our members and pensioners.

Our team provided assistance on APIR, GSIS Touch registration, claims and benefits, loan services, eCard concerns, member records updating, retirement inquiries, and other GSIS-related concerns, while also promoting our latest programs and digital services.
