Regional Police Strategy Management Unit - RPSMU PRO 2 PRO2 RPSMU is a counterpart of the Center for Police Strategy Management in ensuring the implementation of the PNP PATROL Plan 2030 in Cagayan Valley.

The PNP is amidst its journey to the roadmap for transformation. As envisioned by the organization, by the year 2030, with the guidance of the Almighty, the PNP shall be a highly capable and credible law enforcement organization. The Valley Cops have been doing their fair share of instigating countless programs to realize PNP's vision. PRO2 is one of the ONLY two PROs to comply with the Initiation
