As we officially close the chapters of School Year 2025-2026, we look back on a journey defined not just by academic milestones, but by unmatched resilience, growth, and shared triumphs. This year challenged our dedication and tested our resolve, yet it ultimately brought to light the true strength of our organization.

The depth of our character was truly tested when a fire accident suddenly burnt our beloved tambayan to a crisp. It was a heartbreaking loss, but structures can burn; what we have cannot. 🕯️✨

More than anything, this trial made us realize how incredibly blessed we are to have an organization that chooses to stay. When things got heavy, nobody walked away. We held on tighter, lifted each other up, and proved that the bond of this brotherhood and sisterhood is absolutely fireproof. Against all odds, we didn't just survive, we protected our home because home is the person that chooses to stay by your side.

Look at how far we've come and everything we pulled off together. We served with a clear purpose through our heart-melting outreach programs and community drives, and we pushed our minds to the limit with intense seminars that reminded us why we chose this crazy VetMed path. Through it all, we made sure to balance the grind by working hard and partying harder, cherishing every chaotic sem-ender, unforgettable social, and wild night where we finally shook off the academic stress. 🐾🧠🎉

To every single bro and sis who stayed, rebuilt, and kept the faith—Thank you. Thank you for being the kind of family that doesn't scatter when the storm hits, but instead stands firm, pushes through, and still finds reasons to celebrate together.

Excellence in the veterinary field requires not only academic dedication but a profound commitment to community and leadership. This recognition reflects the tireless efforts of our members and the invaluable guidance of our mentors and faculty.

Behind every project, seminar, and advocacy campaign was a shared heartbeat—a commitment to serving both the animals in our care and the students we represent. More than just an association, it is our unbreakable bond of brotherhood and sisterhood that has truly carried our organization's light and purpose through every challenge. We have leaned on each other, grown together, and proved that our unity is our greatest strength.

In VSAS, we always promise to dare to bleed blue—a phrase that reminds us to lead with courage, serve with excellence, and pour our absolute best into the veterinary profession and our campus community.

A veterinarian has many faces: supporting food security as livestock, poultry, swine, and aquaculture veterinarians; caring for companion animals; protecting wildlife; ensuring food safety and public health; responding during disasters; and preventing diseases before they happen.

Across farms, clinics, laboratories, and communities, veterinarians stand watch over the vital link between animals, people, and the environment. Truly, this year's theme couldn't describe our silent heroes more perfectly: Veterinarians: Guardians of Food and Health.

This World Veterinary Day, the Philippine Veterinary Medical Association proudly salutes all veterinarians for their dedication, compassion, and service.
