𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬, 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐧𝐬: 𝐞𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐏𝐇’𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬
Throughout May, the eGovPH Team of DICT Region 2 continued to bring digital government closer to communities through a series of roadshows, technical orientations, and capacity-building activities across the region. The team engaged the LGUs of Maconacon, Baggao, and Peñablanca, as well as partner agencies such as DOJ Region 2 and NIA-MARIIS in Ramon, Isabela. Youth leaders were also empowered through the SPES Digital Literacy Program in Solano and the Sangguniang Kabataan officials during learning sessions at Cataggaman Elementary School.
Beyond these institutional engagements, the citizens were connected directly through DOLE Job Fairs; Pre-Ammunungan Job Fair and Government Caravan, and the Grand Ammunungan Festival in Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya.

Through orientations and live demonstrations at 𝗖𝗦𝗨-𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗴 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 and 𝗥𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗧𝘂𝗴𝘂𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗼, hundreds of students and job seekers discovered how the 𝗲𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗣𝗛 𝗔𝗽𝗽 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗷𝗼𝗯𝘀 through its 𝗲𝗝𝗼𝗯𝘀 feature, and access government transactions easier and faster—digital government services at their fingertips.

From empowering frontline workers of LGU Amulung to adopt streamlined digital processes, to engaging job seekers during the DMW Government Service Caravan in Angadanan, Isabela, the initiative promotes greater awareness and utilization of eGovPH services.
Strengthened partnerships with key agencies—including PDEA Region 2, BFP Quirino, PhilHealth Region 2, and OCD Region 2, alongside engagements with students and job seekers at CSU Carig Campus and USLT career fairs, further reinforce a unified approach to digital transformation.
