Dumalo sa dalawang araw na technical workshop ang mga kinatawan mula sa ibat-ibang tanggapan ng Pamahalaang Lokal ng Tulunan para sa integration ng mga komento at rekomendasyon ng Provincial Land Use Committee (PLUC) sa proposed CY 2023-2034 Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) ng Bayan ng Tulunan.

Isinagawa ang aktibidad noong Agosto 17โ€“18, 2026 sa Koronadal City katuwang ang Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Region XII.

Layunin ng technical workshop na mapabilis ang pag-enhance at pag-refine ng CLUP upang maihanda ito para sa muling pagsusumite sa PLUC para sa panibagong review at pag-apruba.

Mahalaga ang CLUP sa pagtatakda ng direksyon ng bayan tungo sa pangmatagalang pag-unlad. Nagsisilbi itong pangunahing batayan sa pagpapasya kung paano gagamitin, poprotektahan, at pauunlarin ang lupain ng munisipyo. Tinitiyak nito na ang pag-unlad ay naaayon sa kapasidad ng lugar, pangangailangan ng mga mamamayan, at pangangalaga sa kapaligiran.//

Nakakuha ng ideal functionality rating ang Local Project Monitoring Committee (LPMC) ng Bayan ng Tulunan sa isinagawang Regional Functionality Assessment ngayong araw, Agosto 17, 2026 sa Municipal Hall Rooftop.

Pinangunahan ang aktibidad ng Regional Functionality Assessment Team (RFAT), na binubuo ng mga kinatawan mula sa Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) XII, Department of Economy, Planning, and Development (DEPDev) XII, Department of Budget and Management (DBM) XII, at Regional Project Monitoring Committee (RPMC) XII.

Sinuri ng RFAT ang functionality at performance ng LPMC batay sa apat na pangunahing indicators kabilang ang Organization, Planning, Training, at Implementation and Operationalization.

Ang LPMC ang nagsusubaybay sa pagpapatupad ng mga proyekto ng lokal na pamahalaan upang matiyak na ang mga ito ay naisasagawa nang maayos, naaayon sa mga aprubadong plano, at sumusunod sa mga itinakdang pamantayan.

Nagsisilbing secretariat ng komite ang Municipal Planning and Development Office (MPDO) at Municipal Engineering Office (MEO).

Pinangunahan ng Municipal Planning and Development Office (MPDO), kasama ang Public Employment Service Office (PESO), Municipal Tourism Office, at Tulunan Community Development Center (TCDC), ang ika-8 buwanang pagtitipon ng Lokal na Pamahalaan ng Tulunan na ginanap noong Lunes, Agosto 3, 2026, sa Tulunan Municipal Gymnasium.

Dinaluhan ang aktibidad ng mga opisyal at empleyado ng bayan sa pangunguna ni Hon. Mayor Lee Roy Ventura Villasor, CE, gayundin ng mga kinatawan mula sa ibaโ€™t ibang national government agencies.

Bilang bahagi ng programa, ibinahagi ng MPDO ang mahahalagang nagawa ng tanggapan sa nakalipas na taon sa pamamagitan ng isang audio-visual presentation. Inilahad nito ang mga pangunahing programa, proyekto, at aktibidad na naisakatuparan bilang suporta sa patuloy na pag-unlad ng Bayan ng Tulunan. Nagbigay rin ng mga update ang iba pang mga opisina hinggil sa kanilang mga accomplishment at iba pang inisyatiba.

Nagpaabot din ng pagbati ang mga sponsoring offices sa mga opisyal at empleyadong nagdiriwang ng kanilang kaarawan ngayong buwan.//

The Local Government Unit of Tulunan inaugurated and turned over two newly constructed Child Development Centers (CDCs) in Barangays Banayal and La Esperanza on July 15, 2026.

The facilities were funded under the municipality's CY 2025 Development Fund in support of the implementation of the Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) Program.

The Banayal CDC was completed with a project cost of โ‚ฑ1,489,450.79, while the La Esperanza CDC was completed with a project cost of โ‚ฑ1,486,353.67.

The ceremonies were attended by Municipal Mayor Lee Roy Ventura Villasor, CE, Vice Mayor Rhezan P. Obrique, members of the Sangguniang Bayan, Municipal Local Government Operations Officer Mary Grace D. Santarin, Punong Barangays and other BLGU officials, LGU Department Heads and other employees, project contractors, Child Development Workers, parents, children, and other stakeholders.//
